Competitive price compared to other boutiqe hotel in term of clealiness, facilities and location. The helpful and always nice receptionist and the self check in check out machine.

The leaky bidet. I stayed twice here and both rooms got same issue leaky bidet. I am not complaining to the hotel staff because i think that it would just wasting my time to let they checking on the complaint and it would be great if the management can look into this before guest checking in. They also need to invest on the deep cleaning bathroom maybe at least once a month to clean up the stain wall, floor and toilet curtain.

The room is comfortable, the bathroom clean and nice too.

The air-conditioning is not cold even though I set it to 20°C with full speed. Then, my husband opened the cover, and cleaned the filter. After he fixed it to the air-conditioner, the room got colder. So, i guess, the air-conditioner is not properly serviced.

i love the bed!! the bed is too comfy! the staff send me a big mirror but the receptionist informed me that i need to take by myself. so i love the service!

This is my second time staying here. I love the surrounding. Quiet and peace. Easy to locate but you have to search SK Bandar Utama instead searching by the hotel's name. Lots of car park space.

The toilet especially the sink needs to be clean up thoroughly.

The room gets a lot of light and the parking is free. These 2 facts were the highlight for us. It's also easy to get to the hotel from parking.

The drive to the hotel is not the easiest in KL. Also who ever had the grand idea to put a machine check in system needs to question their humanity. I like to interact with humans at the reception when I'm checking in and not have to stare at a screen an give inputs. I don't know what the rationale behind this whole thing is but definitely not my cup of tea.

1️⃣ Friendly staff that will guide you on how to use the self-service machine when you check in + nice Indian aunty who patiently explain to me about the parking situation (she's really made my day despite the fact I'm super tired) 2️⃣ The room was exceptional! Soundproofing's quite good and the facilities were all good! 3️⃣ The have (I could say) lots of parking spaces because even I went back to the hotel quite late at night, still get some spaces left 4️⃣ Want calm and relax places? here it is cuz the hotel situated a bit far from the busy road Would definitely pick the hotel again in the future

-Location was good. -Price was quite cheap for 3 nights -My room was immediately changed once I complained of the lock not functioning.

-receptionist wasn't too friendly -restaurant was under renovation n wasn't informed earlier

Everything is in good condition and acceptable! Even the facilities looks like old and not proper maintenance. Overall, it is perfect for me even they provide parking and easier way to self-check in.

The location is bit far from the MRT station therefore I need to go by grab or my own vehicles

i really like the calmity here. Staff very helpful and friendly. At first I get lost on how to reach but staff guided me with proper manners

The mattress is comfy, and the air-conditioning is cold. There were room slippers provided during the stay.

The space is not so big, especially for muslim to perform their prayer. Need to do prayer in front of the bathroom. The iron is not so friendly with my dress
