Amazing property in the heart of PJ Uptown, offering above average value for money, with very spacious and exceptionally clean rooms/apartments. The decor is very contemporary and the feel is very comfortable on a 4-5* level. The hotel is located in one of KL's best shopping malls, while the Uptown area offers a huge variety of amazing food for all budgets, from stalls to fine dining. They also offer free parking. I would gladly stay here again, particularly on a business visit.

Some of the services can be a bit slow, particularly during Ramadan. When asking, for example, for additional towels, or batteries for the remote control, I had to wait a very long time.

This serviced apartment is in a strategic location with a mall in the pedistal of the complex that has a plethora of great eating options. The 1-bedroom apartment is spacious and well equipped. The pool is very enjoyable. The staff is terrific. We enjoyed staying in this central location with plenty of room and supportive, friendly staff.

The breakfast was unremarkable in general and specifically had few options for my wife who has an allergy so must eat gluten free. The water in the shower was never hot. We mentioned the problem after two mornings with lukewarm showers. The staff was prompt to send a team to work on it. It got ever so slightly warmer, but never hot. And the pool could be cleaned a bit more often and thoroughly.

The room was very comfortable. The service was good and the staff very helpful. I liked the friendly nature of the staff and their willingness to attend to my needs for amenities like yea and coffee and general directions to access other places outside the hotel.

I thought that there was a shortage of cutlery in the room such as spoons and additional cups. Also need to provide 1 more dish towel for the kitchen. While I am not a TV buff I found the program content very poor and there is little to choose from while relaxing at night. I would like to say that CNA was particularly repetitious.

We had asked for getting the same room during our last stay and that was catered to. Breakfast was nice with amazing and friendly restaurant staff. Room was big with nice kitchen and cooking facilities.

Since we were staying with an infant, we had to get the room cleaned either while the baby was awake or while we were stepping out. When we had stepped out for 4 hours at 12pm, we asked the reception to get the room cleaned while we were away. But when we returned back, the cleaning had just started. We had to ask the staff to stop the cleaning since our baby had gone to sleep during the way back to the hotel. We had to clean all the utensils ourselves.

We liked the location of the hotel as well as all the facilities of the hotel. Additionally, we had requested for an updgrade to one bed room apartment, which was accepted. The room provided was big and all the utensils and cutlery provided were clean and of good quality. Breakfast provided was also quite nice; the freshly ordered items were nicely prepared and served. The restaurant staff was quite warm and welcoming.

The room didnt have any cleaning cloth to clean kitchen by ourselves. Since, we were traveling with an infant and we had to keep cooking multiple times leading to dirty kitchen. But we didnt have any option to do some basic cleaning ouersleves in addition to the regular daily service

Excellent Hotel/Apartments. The properties had a large comfortable living room space to relax apart from just being a bedroom. Location wise as well its excellent being central Damansara and heaps of food options not only in the mall downstairs but around as well. Maybe only downside is there isn't a MRT/LRT nearby, but getting around everywhere in KL/PJ via Grab was great. There is also free parking in the mall. Pool and Childrens play area. The mall downstairs is an excellent plus, as there is everything you need.

One of the apartment's fridge was not working. Also, would be nice if there is washing machine in all apartments and not only double-bed.

Lots of horizontal space for putting things in the sitting area as well as the bed section. When our flight was late and we asked for late checkout, it was graciously granted. The direct connection on Level 3 to Starling Mall was very convenient.

An extra hook for the second hand towel would be nice. Peak season prices are rather high but we understand supply and demand. The key cards stopped working during our extended stay (late checkout).

Location, size of the room, and security were very good. We were here to attend a cousin’s wedding and the spacious kitchen and living area provided a great gathering area for our relatives. The neighbourhood offered so many dining options and spa/massage services too. 1Utama was also just a short ride away.

We were initially given a fabulous 2-bedroom apt on the 23rd floor with a gorgeous view. Unfortunately, the apt came with 2 king beds, instead of 1 king and 2 single beds as indicated in the description of the room that we had booked. As a result we had no choice but to change rooms which was still fine, although we really missed the view from the first room and the quietness of the high floor from external noises.

Location, walking distance to many good eateries like Village Park restaurant (best nasi lemak!!), Annie One (excellent wanton noodle with pork lard), Sate Kajang etc and next to Starling Mall (Kam Kee cafe, excellent HK milk tea) 😃

Was disappointed that it was advertised & charged a 1-bedroom for 3 pax but extra bed was additional charge. That should be corrected as it was misleading. For our previous hotel bookings in Japan & Australia with Booking.com, there was never a contention.

Location is fantastic with a lot of good food around. The staff are very friendly and service requests handled promptly.

We did not get a washing sponge but we did not know there is supposed to be one provided. It would be good to provide a list of kitchen items provided to cross-check when checking in.
