*The opulent atmosphere to the lobby & concourse, with the glittering chandeliers, was impressive. (We stayed here 10 years ago but couldn't remember much about it!). *We were lucky to have stayed in a Superior Dbl Room which overlooked the pools & the colourful nearby buildings which lit up at night. (Our friends had a not-too-good view of close hi-rise apartments!) * We held our school reunion hi-tea buffet function at the Cinnamon cafe - with great choice of food. Service was great. This was our 2nd reunion function held here - our first was 10 years ago - and we hope to hold the next one here in a few years' time. The 2 attending service staff went out of their way by finding two stands to hold our school banners and even assist in taking photos of the group! Unfortunately I didn't get the young men's names (I think one was named Jaya...)

There is nothing serious enough to state here. Although management could look at the flooring at the showers section at the sauna, which tends to be slippery. Breakfast rate is a bit steep! Instead, we ventured across to 1-Utama section to have a range of more reasonably-priced food.

Absolutely loved the 24/7 room service (which was delicious and speedy!), how spacious the rooms were, and the buffet at Cinnamon Coffee House - which we had twice. I stayed alone mostly but also had my partner stay with me as well as my nephew & niece too and they were always happy to accommodate an extra bed when I requested. I also love that it's connected to One Utama - I went to Next Gen (indoor amusement park) and Windlab (indoor skydiving) with my family just by walking. So so convenient and the staff are all so friendly. I'm also a neat freak and the rooms are super clean

The gym could have been better! It's massive but the weights equipment is quite old and not up to date. Cardio machines are good, however

Breakfast buffet is the largest choice I have ever seen, including selected dishes from Japanese, Indian, Korean, Malay, Chinese and Western Cuisines. Lunchtime and High Tea buffets The rooms are all very large and well equipped. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. WiFi quality was excellent Location is super for shopping and easy access to MRT transport

In common areas, one has to login to WiFi everytime ...i.e. login data is not saved (this is not an issue in the rooms) Sphere Lounge and Club Lounge are a little cold

We really enjoyed our 4th stay at this hotel! It’s in a peaceful spot just outside the busy KL city centre, which we loved—close enough to the action but quiet enough to relax. Plus, it’s connected to the 1 Utama Shopping Centre, so shopping and grabbing a bite couldn’t be easier. The breakfast buffet was amazing! So many different cuisines to choose from, and everything was super fresh. Definitely one of the best hotel breakfasts we've had. Shout out to Sunny for his friendly service! The bar was a lot of fun in the evenings. There’s live entertainment, and it’s the perfect spot to sip on a cocktail, listen to some music, or even hit the dance floor. The concierge service was super helpful—they stored our luggage, which made things so much easier on check-in and check-out days.

The room package we did purchase offers complimentary daily dry-cleaning, which we appreciated. However, on one occasion, we had to wait two days for our items to be returned, which was inconsistent and a little bit of an inconvenience.

I paid to upgrade to a Suite which came with Peridot Lounge access. It was cheaper to do this at the hotel than online. Friendly staff at reception and in the Peridot lounge. Room was great, coffee machine, bottled water, shower was strong, bed very comfy. Lifts were quick and plentiful. Access to the 1Utama Mall was great. Peridot Lounge was good for working. Coffee was great. The cocktail hour with free cocktails or wine was nice, although service was quite slow and it always seemed to be over very quickly.

The food in Peridot Lounge was pretty poor overall. A mashup of items available in a buffet style. Egg station in the morning was exceptionally poor, very greasy fried eggs, Eggs Benedict (there was only 1 egg though) was overcooked. On Saturday of my stay there was a large event at the hotel and the whole area was jammed with cars, meaning getting into and out of the hotel and area in general was a nightmare. They need better traffic management for large events.

My recent stay at the hotel was nothing short of amazing. The room was clean and beautifully designed, providing a perfect blend of comfort and style. The location was ideal, making it convenient to shop and explore the surrounding area with the MRT which is just within walking distance. The breakfast spread was absolutely delightful, offering a wide variety of fresh, delicious options to start the day right. What truly stood out was the attention to detail in housekeeping. In the evening, the room was thoughtfully prepared for a restful night. The bed was neatly turned down, the curtains were drawn, and the room was arranged to create a calm and cozy ambiance. These small but meaningful touches made me feel genuinely cared for. I cannot recommend this hotel enough for its outstanding service, comfort, and attention to detail. I look forward to staying here again!

I genuinely have no suggestions for improvement as my stay was exceptional. Everything was thoughtfully managed, and I couldn't ask for more. Keep up the excellent work!

Seemess check-in Convenience as it is linked to the shopping mall, 1 Utama and the MRT station. As everything is under cover, it really doesn't matter whether it's rain or shine. There are many eateries in the mall and it offers a great variety of foods. Friendly and helpful staff. Everyone had a smile. There was a good spread for breakfast, from western to the local cuisine Breakfast starts at 6 am, which means it is very convenient if you have to check out early, Spacious room and bathroom, with a bath and a separate shower. Pool opens at 7 am. Well maintained. There is one for the kids too. They offer buffet lunches and it's half price for Seniors. It was great value considering the variety it offered. I would stay here again on my next trip!

Great location. Connected to a mega shopping mall (One Utama - one of the biggest mall in Malaysia) Connected to public transportation (train) Superb hotel breakfast spread - one of the best in KL. Great room. Was given a family room - Junior suite connected to a twin bedded room. Very spacious and comfortable for the four of us. Not many hotels in KL give a guaranteed connecting room. Most will say subject to availability. And then when we arrived, will get a room - 2 to 3 doors away. But not One World Hotel. That to me is a big plus! There were a lot of staff around. All are polite and ready to help with a smile. Was also given Toys R Us vouchers - for the kids to spend at the Mall. We’ve stayed at this hotel a few times and all has been superb.

What can go wrong with One World? Absolutely nothing! I have been using OW since 7~8 years ago and they are fabulous - from the reception desk, housekeeping, concierge, restaurant staff, cleaners. I loved that Cinnamon Cafe has been beautifully renovated and improved. Like having a green/red deskcard to let staff know whether one has finished dining.

I only wish that their handheld shower could bend at the head/neck.. A small indulgence.

Room cozy, restaurant with variety of delicacies. Easy access to the shopping mall. The staff is very friendly.

I already booked a table for HiTea which is close to the food outlet which I checked one day earlier (30th Nov) with the staff name Khairul but was changed at the last minute to give priority to celebrities (Aleza Shadan). I feel annoyed when being informed that the location was changed. It is because we have senior citizens who walk all the way to the back, for the table & food. I'm wondering whether they give hefty tips to the F&B counter in order to get the table. With the delicious food & the friendliness of the waiters service, my tantrum just dissolve & cool down.😬
