Our stay at this hotel was exceptional, truly one of the best experiences we've had. From the moment we arrived, the welcoming reception set a high standard that was consistently met by the hotel's impeccable cleanliness and the staff's professionalism. The breakfast was a highlight, offering an amazing variety of delicious food. What truly made our stay memorable was the outstanding service; every staff member, from the front desk to the janitorial team and the dedicated individuals at the kids' club and swimming pool, went above and beyond to be helpful. This hotel comes with my highest recommendation, particularly for families.

Location is great, just a walking distance to the nearest mall. There is walkway towards the mall and it is also connection to the train station. The gym is massive and comes with classes to. You have to pay for the classes but the price it is really affordable. The infinity pool is stunning and really nice to hang outside since there is also a lounge bar there. Sweet apam at breakfast also is the best! Must try

I don’t like that the housekeepers always forgot to add the fresh towels when they cleaned the room. Or they have forgotten the mat for the bathroom floor too. Me and my family stayed for a week at the hotel and it happened almost everyday. It’s 3 of us in the room but always just two fresh towels when they gave us. Only 3 towels on the first day and the rest of stays just 2 towels. Sometimes i feel like they just make the bed and don’t really hoover the floor. Staffs at the reception could be more friendly.

I really appreciated the overall cleanliness of whole building, spacious room, good shower strength, English proficient and friendly staff, the amazing facilities of gym and swimming pool, number of working elevator and its speed and the closeness to the huge 1Utama mall.

Although the offer of food in the breakfast is ample and varied, catering for all tastes, the food quality was of medium quality. I can tell you about the pastry section that sometimes breads and cakes were dry. Understandably, the western food was not fresh as the asian food. I would NOT go back to this hotel for the breakfast. The other facilities were great. Another negative point was the lighting in the bathroom which was too dark and the constant dripping noise of the air conditioner in the room.

We had a lovely 3D2N stay at M World Hotel, Bandar Utama! From the moment we arrived, the concierge team impressed us with their tip-top service — upon seeing us with our baby, they immediately assisted with our luggage and made our check-in process smooth and hassle-free. Truly thoughtful and attentive. The room was clean, cozy, and perfect for our little family. The toilet was spotless, and we especially appreciated the bath gel with its pleasant scent. A special mention: our baby slept so well in the baby cot provided — a huge plus for traveling parents! Breakfast was a treat — buffet spread had lots of variety, including waffles, which was a nice touch! Only two minor areas for improvement: After the room was made up, one of my undergarments went missing — possibly a mix-up. My husband noted that it would be great if a shaver was included among the toiletries. Aside from that, everything else was awesome. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return!

Breakfast spread was decent, with a decent array of different cuisines present. Swimming pool was quite big. Kids play area (Kiddies club) was massive, clean, well maintained. There is a free shuttle bus to nearby points of interest.

Swimming pool is not heated, and actually quite cold. The shuttle bus is apparently one way, meaning it doesn't take us back to the hotel even though the shuttle departs at designated hours, meaning it does not seem to follow a set route but rather goes out on demand. View out the window wasn't exactly inspiring as I was facing part of the building, but it could be worse, I've been in hotels with no windows.

I like the welcoming feeling upon arrival. The bell boy was ready and voluntarily helped with my luggage. I feel the check-in and check-out process was very fast, and the receptionist offered a full explanation. I love the room so much! I've got the pool view, which helped me to see when is the best time to dive in when fewer people were around; the size of the room was sufficient; the bed were super comfy; there's a complimentary filled mini bar for us; lots of drinking water!; the TV offers great choices of channels; the WiFi was superb; and even the iron works well. The coffee house offers a variety of food selection.

I feel the valet parking fee is on the expensive side, and the food at the coffee house is delicious, but it can be improved.

Overall, my stay was good and comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating — they responded well to extra requests like providing additional pillows. The hotel is suitable for both leisure and business stays. But for business travelers, a proper work desk or long square table would be more practical than the current setup.

The in-room dining experience was disappointing. The menu had limited choices, and the food quality was average at best. Additionally, the food was served later than the promised time, which affected the overall experience.

The gym facilities are excellent and well-maintained. The pool is nice too, though the water is a bit cold, likely due to the surrounding environment. The hotel is strategically located near One Utama, with a metro walkway that connects directly to the shopping mall in just a 5–8 minute walk! I love their breakfast—so many choices and delicious food!

The spa staff was not helpful, and I had to cancel my appointment at the last minute. Additionally, the staff returned my laundry but hung it in the wardrobe instead of placing it somewhere visible, like on the bed or table. It took me a while to find the clean laundry.

1) Those complimentary drinks & snacks are generous. Mineral water in glass bottle taste gd, makes a lot diff than in plastic bottle. 2) Our flight was early & we reached the hotel ard 11+am, you allowed us early check-in which we appreciate much but we do early check-out ard 7+am due to our flight arrangement, so like it contra! 3) Your staff remembered us as a returning guests. 4) Standing shower with gd water flow is a delight & hygienic than a bath tub. 5) Taken by surprise that the dine-in breakfast I ordered last minute was taken in & came with that superb trolley table , with food kept warm in that metal food tier!

1) Your toilet door is so heavy to pull to close or open it! 2) Your shampoo & shower gel, is difficult to press when there is that black metal guard, put the guard lower, allow us to press the bottle with ease.
