Staff registration - Natalie or what, cant really remember her name. Lazy to explain anything. I heard from my fren counter, the girl is very good. Explained clearly. Mine???? Dont bother to explain. Just passed me the key, thats it!!!! And went missing from the counter!!!!!

I really appreciated the overall cleanliness of whole building, spacious room, good shower strength, English proficient and friendly staff, the amazing facilities of gym and swimming pool, number of working elevator and its speed and the closeness to the huge 1Utama mall.

Although the offer of food in the breakfast is ample and varied, catering for all tastes, the food quality was of medium quality. I can tell you about the pastry section that sometimes breads and cakes were dry. Understandably, the western food was not fresh as the asian food. I would NOT go back to this hotel for the breakfast. The other facilities were great. Another negative point was the lighting in the bathroom which was too dark and the constant dripping noise of the air conditioner in the room.

Breakfast spread was decent, with a decent array of different cuisines present. Swimming pool was quite big. Kids play area (Kiddies club) was massive, clean, well maintained. There is a free shuttle bus to nearby points of interest.

Swimming pool is not heated, and actually quite cold. The shuttle bus is apparently one way, meaning it doesn't take us back to the hotel even though the shuttle departs at designated hours, meaning it does not seem to follow a set route but rather goes out on demand. View out the window wasn't exactly inspiring as I was facing part of the building, but it could be worse, I've been in hotels with no windows.

I like the welcoming feeling upon arrival. The bell boy was ready and voluntarily helped with my luggage. I feel the check-in and check-out process was very fast, and the receptionist offered a full explanation. I love the room so much! I've got the pool view, which helped me to see when is the best time to dive in when fewer people were around; the size of the room was sufficient; the bed were super comfy; there's a complimentary filled mini bar for us; lots of drinking water!; the TV offers great choices of channels; the WiFi was superb; and even the iron works well. The coffee house offers a variety of food selection.

I feel the valet parking fee is on the expensive side, and the food at the coffee house is delicious, but it can be improved.

The gym facilities are excellent and well-maintained. The pool is nice too, though the water is a bit cold, likely due to the surrounding environment. The hotel is strategically located near One Utama, with a metro walkway that connects directly to the shopping mall in just a 5–8 minute walk! I love their breakfast—so many choices and delicious food!

The spa staff was not helpful, and I had to cancel my appointment at the last minute. Additionally, the staff returned my laundry but hung it in the wardrobe instead of placing it somewhere visible, like on the bed or table. It took me a while to find the clean laundry.

1) Those complimentary drinks & snacks are generous. Mineral water in glass bottle taste gd, makes a lot diff than in plastic bottle. 2) Our flight was early & we reached the hotel ard 11+am, you allowed us early check-in which we appreciate much but we do early check-out ard 7+am due to our flight arrangement, so like it contra! 3) Your staff remembered us as a returning guests. 4) Standing shower with gd water flow is a delight & hygienic than a bath tub. 5) Taken by surprise that the dine-in breakfast I ordered last minute was taken in & came with that superb trolley table , with food kept warm in that metal food tier!

1) Your toilet door is so heavy to pull to close or open it! 2) Your shampoo & shower gel, is difficult to press when there is that black metal guard, put the guard lower, allow us to press the bottle with ease.

Location near to Bandar Utama and One Utama. Room was fairly clean with comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choices from local to continental, delicious and of good quality foods, and my favorite was the very delicious freshly squeezed juices. Parkings are plenty but during the busy times u have to park at level 5 onwards which was quite a long drive from the ground floor.

A bit annoying weird sound of water dripping from the above unit and occasional tapping sound from the wall next to the bed frame. There is some dirty spot at one corner of the toilet floor looks like the housekeeping didnt scrub it for some time.

Overall, our stay was pleasant. The rooms were spacious and clean, with excellent gym and pool facilities. The hotel's location is very convenient—close to the MRT and shopping centre. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming.

The dining experience fell short of expectations. When we dined at the restaurant on 6th June, the waitstaff did not make us feel welcome and lacked effective communication. It seemed they were more focused on what we ordered than on providing a pleasant and enjoyable dining experience.

Our stay at this hotel was an excellent experience, offering convenience, comfort, and top-notch amenities. The hotel is in a calm location, conveniently located adjacent to the MRT station and directly connected to the 1 Utama Shopping Mall via a link bridge, just a 5-minute walk away. The room was very spacious - can easily accommodate an extra bed for the child while still providing plenty of space for luggage and movement. It is ideal for both family and business stays. The room was well-equipped with a king-size bed, reading lamps on both sides, a work table with two chairs, a mini fridge stocked with complimentary snacks and soft drinks, a safe, and plenty of plug points. The lighting was fantastic, thoughtfully designed to cater to different needs. The hotel offers great amenities, including free car parking and a stunning infinity pool with nice views of the city - including the Twin Towers and KL Tower (at a distance). All guest rooms are located from the 16th floor onwards, ensuring excellent views for every guest. The bathroom was spacious too, spotlessly clean, and well-lit. The water pressure was excellent, and the toilet had automatic spray function similar to Japanese toilets. A large mirror with surround lighting, along with a smaller zoom-feature mirror with lighting, added to the convenience. Basic toiletries such as dental kits and shavers were also provided. Overall very thoughtfully designed. The buffet breakfast was outstanding, one of the best we’ve had. There was an extensive selection, including Malay and Western dishes, salads, fresh fruits and juices, pastries, a live egg station, and more leaving us spoilt for choice. Overall, this hotel offers an excellent stay with great facilities, a perfect location, and well-designed rooms. Despite the minor inconveniences, the experience was overwhelmingly positive, and I would highly recommend it to both leisure and business travelers.

There were only a couple of minor issues. Due to a software problem, we were unable to get our room key until late evening, but the staff was very helpful in escorting guests to their rooms. Additionally, the corridor lighting could be brighter to enhance visibility and provide a greater sense of security, especially for solo travelers at night.

Huge room! Lots of space for luggage and storage for shopping bags! Close proximity to the mall. Lots of eateries and activities to do. There's even a train station nearby. The Muslim lady donning the hijab and spectacles at the level 1 restaurant reception was friendly and made us feel light hearted and welcome. Plus, the kaya butter toasted by the chef was sooooooo delicious.

We were informed by the guard at the connecting bridge to the mall that the shutters leading to the hotel are closed by 12 midnight? Though the room is functional, the decoration is too minimal,it kind of lacks depth and soul.
