I liked the location because it suits us, but you need a car, it is nearby and easy to access many areas. Value for money was great. The gym was great compared to many other places.

The furnishing of the room was to modest, we stayed for 23 days and therw was only 2 chairs and no nightstands for instance, that made it unpractical. Also only 2 of everything like cups etc. The other thing that didnt really work was the elevators they stop at every floor even if no one gets on or off, and because of all the construction still going on half of the users seemed to be staff even though they had separate elevators allocated for them. And off course it would be great if the entire copmplex could be finnished and the mall open.

Everything was nice and beautifully done. The rooms were well maintained and it was cleaned. It’s a perfect stay and size for 2. The staff were friendly and they didn’t asked for deposits which I truly appreciate it. I love the room they provided me.

The lift…. Even though they had 6 lifts but the waiting time was so long. I have to wait for the lift for almost 15 minutes because every time it opens it full of people and it a-bit annoying. Not sure how will they work out but yea… The location was quite hard to find on grab and there is no any food nearby available at all. I had to order food from food panda which takes me 55 minutes for it to arrive. I understand it’s a construction site and the job is continuing. But I hope soon everything will be done and the place will be lovely.

5-Star service! We have repeatedly rebooked this hotel. The air conditioning was sufficiently cool, the hot water bath was adequately warm, and the accommodations were spacious. Lobby staff were friendly and readily available to facilitate our late-night check-in. The parking lot is more than enough. Youtube & and Netflix are also available. We left our phone in the room that morning, realizing our oversight only upon arrival at our destination in the evening. Following contact with management via WhatsApp, we received exceptional assistance; they securely held the phone and returned to us. Thank you so much, and everything was great!

While my overall stay was pleasant, I felt the cleanliness could be improved. It would also be nice if a room freshener was used after cleaning to enhance the overall freshness of the room.

I had a wonderful stay here, loved the room. The room was completed with all the basic facilities. Worth my each pennies. Although construction works still going, it's never disturb my peaceful sleep there. I really enjoyed the stay with Netflix and youtube. Will repeat stay for sure. Highly recommended!!

As everyone commented regarding the lift, yeah the lift is super busy during the peak hours upon check in and check out time. But it's totally understandable. I almost waited 15-30 minutes to get inside the lift. There is a shop available at lobby to get some basic stuff. For food we need to get it from grab or tapau from outside because there is very less restaurant available around the hotel area.

I recently stayed at Mossaz Suites by MyKey Global for a one-night break from work, and it was awesome. The room was clean, comfy, and just like the pictures. The location is great with easy access to the highway. The MyKey staff were super welcoming and responsive. Check-in was a breeze, and the room had all the essentials like a toothbrush, towel, and shampoo, which made the stay even better. The kitchen was well-equipped for making simple meals. I really enjoyed the gym and the swimming pool, both with amazing city views. Overall, it was a fantastic stay that let me relax and get away from stress. I highly recommend Mossaz Suites by MyKey Global and would definitely book with them again.

The area is still developing and under construction, but it offers a quiet and private stay since there aren't many people around.

My year 6 students and we 4 teachers stayed here for 3 days 2 nights for year 6 school trip For value for money, I booked a deluxe two-bedroom apartment, so four of my students shared one apartment. Everything was good: the small round dining table and the shared bathrooms were fine.

However, when it comes to service, they were not fast enough. One of the students’ apartment toilet doors was stuck, and another student's apartment had an issue with the air conditioning. When we contacted the staff, there was a delay in response. They informed us that the technician had gone home for the shift and would check the issues in the morning. Another problem was the access card, which only allowed us to access the floor where our room was located. We couldn’t go to other floors where our students stayed, and we had to ask students to get to the lobby if anything. It's difficult for us.

There are parking spaces provided for free for guests! The room itself is spacious and well equipped with basic appliances. I appreciate the pillows that are super comfy to my neck, a/c is supercold (but temperature is adjustable) and the bathroom is immaculate. Kudos to the maintenance team for the wonderful job!

I think the biggest issues I have with this property are limited convenience store and fnb outlets around the area. If you’re planning to head to the ikea/lotus, the main road is the only route to reach there which to me quite troublesome. I suggest to just take grabcar where you can wait up for it on basement 3 or simply use grabfood to order your meals or groceries .
