Everything except the thing I dislikes below.

Car parks are too expensive and also the buzz of electricity sound came from the fridge connected with all the things related to tv and wifi 😭 Make me feel unsafe so I make only the fridge on and let the others off.

The location is strategic with some F&B options and situated nearby shopping malls. TV comes with Netflix & Wifi was strong and good. Big bathroom.

The chair was not working (already broken) when I check in, therefore cannot sit on the chair. The room number was not properly shown (one of the digits went missing) on the wall. The bathing section in the bathroom could be improved by setting up "partition" or shower curtain to segregate bathing area with others as the floor turned to be very slippery after bathing. The bed's cleanliness could be improved by changing the pillows case and bedsheet. The awkward part was a cleaner knocked the door and reminded us to check out even though it was yet to reach 12pm.

The wifi is fast, no loading also the view is very nice although you cant see the sunset but the view is super. I think that is the highlight of this studio for me

I think most is about the toilet, cause the shower is leaking, also the tiles is sticky, not sure why.

I do like the vibe of the room, it's comfy and relaxing with the view too.

There was no bathroom mat and the make-up table was dismantled and disappeared. Thought they provided a little shower soap but it's alright.

Sofa, Bed, telivision, location okay. fair for price rm150 per night

No mat on floor so cold when bare feet, sink faucet in Bathroom broken cannot use. Lamp just 2 can use.

The location is quite nearby to shopping mall. The view at night is quite pleasant

Its just the leaking in the bathroom. Also, i cannot access the wifi as well as netflix. I do hope ownner can fix these

there have so many cockroach in the kitchen, and toilet have no lock

The parking and it's quite difficult to find the place although I used Waze 😂..but it's ok ...overall I'm satisfied

the location which is very convenient and easy to access

I cannot watch netflix, quite bad. but overall is good

The apartment is well-kept and clean! Also, the host is very accommodating in fixing the issues I faced.
