Had a late checkin and a late check out but the staff was very very friendly and very helpful. felt very welcomed when i was there. stayed for 1 week and it felt like home. Great location, 5 mins away from The Curve and Ikea. There is a 24HR convenient shop at the lobby and a lot of restaurants in walking distance.

Traffic is a bit bad during peak hours/rush hours due to traffic light at the 4-way intersection. The parking lot is also abit gloomy and not very well lighted, can get a little scary for a lone driver.

The room is as provided in the picture. It has great view of the mountain and the surrounding buildings. The lift is fast, I have to wait but its okay for me. The aircon and the water pressure is really great. The outside of the hotel dont really look pleasant but the room provided to us was excellent. I would stay here again next time.

No parking. You have to park at nearby park area and pay on your own. The breakfast is not buffet only a-la-carte. The lift and receptionist area looks outdated but the room is excellent.

The bed is very verrry comfy, very quiet place. Bathroom is clean, got Hair dryer and fridge. Room is 9/10 clean. Got KK Mart to buy quick food. Got mamak walking distance. Got starbucks. I was a solo female, and I felt safe during my stay eventhou i came back around 1.30am after company dinner event.

Eventho the room is Very clean, but I did find a few (not 1 or 2 but A FEW) strand of hairs on my bed, under the blanket n the pillow.. Made me feel uncomfortable like as if the bedsheets n pillow cases were NOT freshly washed. Another thing I didnt like was, The TV had channels like AXN n HBO Hits but the same 3 movies was rotating again n again one aftrr another. You can use HDMI if u brought laptop n cable. But pendrive you can only play music n photo NOT movie files sadly. Price is abit on the high side, I paid a total of RM189. No deposit was required during my stay.

The rooms are nice size rooms with a comfortable large bed and sofa and big TV. I slept well without disturbance. There was lots of pillows. The water pressure in the shower was good.

I probably wouldn't have purchased breakfast if I had realized that breakfast is down the street at a cafe. I also thought it was strange that there were people sleeping in the lobby when we arrived.

Spacious & Clean Room. Bed is reasonably comfy and the WiFi connection was good. Aircon was cold and there was warm water for shower. Price paid was also reasonable. There is Starbucks and a lot of food options in the Heritage Lane. ATM as well which makes it convenient. Was also easy to call a Grab.

Would be perfect if there was room service. Reception is not 24 hours, so you will have issues checking in after 12am timing, thus that needs to be improved. Safe box in my room was not functional, so that needs to be checked.

Room is clean and spacious. lighting is easily control from the bed panel. Ample power point for notebook/mobile phone. Direct access to room from basement parking lot from the elevators.

Parking is at separate building and the charges is RM3/hour. Need to spend additional RM30/night. Traffic is bad near the hotel and upon exiting from the parking area.

Fast check-in, large room and large comfy bed. Parking is RM 3 for the night on WEEKEND, I believe the rate is different during week days.

Shampoo and body wash was missing, not a big deal

Location ..it's simplicity ..... Fast check in ... Fast check out ..

Aircond should be little cooler .. we are unable to control the temperature .

there is no car parking complimentary for the hotel room guest. we need to pay RM33 for the car parking at the basement of the building
