I like the design. Manhattan Style concept and the room is comfortable and spacious.

I like the location of the hotel but I didn’t like that basement parking. We had to carry heavy bags from the basement parking and the parking fee is quite expensive. The most saddest part is the breakfast. I was so speechless to see only bread, toaster, butter and jam was served and coffee,tea, orange juice for drinks. That’s all. This is not a RM50 hotel per night. I paid more than RM200 because I really thought it will be easier for me to had breakfast the next morning so I dont have to go eat outside. Management, please. Me and the other 7-8 people were speechless at the cafe. It’s not that costly to serve fried rice / fried noodle / nasi lemak / cereal and milk for guest.

Right from my request for early check in at 12 instead of 2pm to my extended check out till 1pm because I was rushing back from the city. The crew accommodated my request and the check in was smooth. Convenient and near to the Curve shopping mall.

The ironing board was kept outside at the corridor area and there was no proper place to hang the shirt n pants while ironing. My room door didn't close properly few time and had to slam the door then it worked.

The hotel atmosphere was good. The lift was functioning well and the room is very clean. Very cozy and odorless. Even their simple breakfast, just bread with spreads was well prepared for guest.

The location that somehow appeared on Grab application apps was somehow wrong. This hotel is located on block A but when i booked for my Grad, it shown block F, which is quite troublesome as we have to call the driver and explained to his/her.

The hotel and room interior design is mesmerizing and neat, toiletries were all complete, bed was cozy as well. Got upgraded to queen bed ✨

I was told that there's supposed to be a kettle, but there was none, I was planning to have a coffee. Complimentary breakfast could've been better but it was appreciated.

I like the staffs there very friendly and sporting! Thanks for making me feel so comfortable and also always assist me when I ask for help or enquiries. I always love Manhattan Business hotel. The building itself makes me lives in empire state feel. I want to come back again to stay here.

I would like on more facilities like prepare a mini fridge so we can store our snacks and foods. And more TV channel eg. Nickelodeon and HBO. For bed wise, please have double pillow as well. And please also check and repair damage lights as some not functioning anymore. And please prepare us free beneficial such as breakfast for our stay here.

all the receptionists are very friendly. they even prepared some food for the muslim customers to have during sahoor

The hospitality of the staff is superb. The receprionist assisted in my requirement of an extra bed to my reservation. That was awesome.

We forgot my wife's jewellery to take back during check out at 9am. 6.30pm, at home, we reliased it. I went back to get it. What a relief. They kept safe it. Very very safe. The small beg was'nt even open. Thank you to Bad the receptionist and Alif the housekeeper. To Manhattan, great, you have fantastic honest staff. Keep it up. Room is clean & comfortable, toilet is clean, exactly as the picture shown. Water heater is functioning, air cond very cold. Car park is at basement downstair, charged by hourly rate (max RM8.50 per day)

Room space is smaller than expected (thought it's bigger as seen in picture), but it's sufficient for 2 persons.
