We are malaysian, we come back for holiday. Very good breakfast, comfortable bed. Helpful friendly housekeeper and bellboy.

Some of the staff/supervisor/manager or maybe management staff are not friendly at all. We did not feel welcome!! You have to learn the hospitality from the bellboy. Very shame!!!! Is this normal for 5 starts hotel?? The price at the hotel when you checking in is higher than the price at booking.com. Be aware, check the price —( not because of the upgraded room price ) — On est très déçu, plus jamais revenir!!!

I loved having Japanese curry for breakfast—so hearty with lots of carrots and potatoes, compliments to the chef! Pancakes and waffle is perfect for my daughter, and my family loved the fresh fruit juice. We’ve also been buka puasa buffet-goers here for three years in a row. This is already our 2nd staycation at Le Meridien this year (and twice last year as well). Two thumbs up for the mini bar beverages, and the selection of board games—ping pong, congkak, and carom—are the main reason my daughter keeps wanting to come back. We had a really good family bonding time!

The wait for the family room could be shorter. Also, the single seat sofas in the lobby aren’t very comfortable—their odd shape makes it hard to sit and rest your back properly. My wife also missed having the Chinese-style fried vegetables at breakfast. Seems like too many protein and carb around.

The fact that it’s literally connected to a mall which is not some ordinary mall but a proper high end mall with all kind of restaurants and shops. As hotel it self it’s a le meridien so there’s already some minimum standards the question is whether they will maintain the property especially when it comes to look and feel of the rooms - though my room was nice and the bed was very comfortable I cannot help but to notice edges of furnitures wearing down, stains on the wall and the bathtub. These high end hotels often time have superior customer service which is the case with this hotel too - the service is too good till all other minute details are almost made to forget.

The rooms are huge. Amenities were top notch. Breakfast offering was good. During breakfast, servers were friendly, especially one named Alex Iskandar who offered to craft coffees for guests.

During booking with Booking.com (2 adults and 1 child aged 15), below Room Booking under "Where Will My Child Sleep", it states that "your child can sleep in a bed included in the total price of this booking". It is misleading. When I asked for an extra bed, I had to pay the price of 1 extra bed. Please make it clear during the booking that there is a charge for an extra bed. Or "If your child sleeps on the floor with no extra blanket or extra pillow, then it will be free".

The staff were really friendly and helpful. They assisted me from the car until the reception. The room was really clean and all the necessary items were prepared and functioning perfectly eg. Iron, hair dryer. The bathroom is exquisite, equipped with a bath tub, rob and toiletries. Basically just had to pack clothes and everything was provided. The breakfast buffet was the best, from Malay, Chinese, Indian, Western and Korean meals were prepared and very delicious too. Would love to come and stay here again

I came for an interview, so I can't enjoy the facilities to the fullest and couldn't enjoy the breakfast much as I had to get ready for my interview

The warm service rendered by the front desk Mr Lee is above and beyond expectation. View is spectaular !!! Can see all the way to KL. Breakfast selection is good and the service is attentive. The hotel is very guest focus. They listen and place my family needs front and center which is what I am looking for for a short vacation.

Nothing to dislike. I did encounter a power trip which was quickly rectified when I called the reception. The fact that she asked if everyone is OK before proceeding to arrange for help is right on point regarding my Guest Focus attitude.

Was a staycation planned for 4 of us. It was my friend and my birthday month so the booked room - Family Room upgraded to the Suites was a pleasant surprise! Thank you Mr Lee at the front reception for assisting from check in, some miss communication from my side and throughout the whole stay until check out. The room services was also nice and made all of us happy, and the stay more memorable. Beds are comfy, room is clean and very calm & quiet environment. We enjoyed our stay at Le Meridien Putrajaya and can't wait to come back again!

However, we wondered why the dustbins are with no plastic bags. And also the Internet connection was a bit on the slower side. Perhaps it can be improve.

Near to IOI mall

The kids club is dirty. My child get HFMD from the kids club. Nobody monitor and obviously they did not sanitize the room.

Fantastic service, was upgraded to a suite as they were aware i needed a connecting room with my young children and there was no other available connecting room as the hotel was fully booked. Super comfortable bed. We loved the clean and spacious rooms. Great service from the staff too (they went out of their way to find door stoppers for the heavy connecting doors).

Pool was a little small and there was no proper kids pool, although they have a kids playroom beside the pool. And as we reached early, we had to pay a fee for early checkin, but we understand their rationale.

This place has exceeded our expectation. Overall, we really love and enjoyed our stay. The service provided was superb and would like to take this opportunity to complement the great service provided by Syafiq, Iskandar and the Gentleman (sorry didn’t get his name) whom welcome us right from the car upon arrival at the hotel. In fact, all the staff whom we met gives us a good feeling.
