For me the apartment was ideal. Perfectly located for my own personal needs as I wanted to be in Desa Parkcity but if you want to have easy access to KLCC then it would not be the location of choice. Desa Parkcity however is a lovely area with great shops, parks, restaurants, bars and entertainment and only 20-30 minutes cheap and easy Grab taxi ride to anywhere you might fancy around KL. The apartment itself is spacious and well presented and equipped with everything you're likely to need and the customer service was excellent. It has good kitchen/cooking facilities, with all the utensils you'd want, although a wok would have been nice - but anyway there are loads of restaurants and bars to choose from just downstairs. The shower and toilet are separate which is nice and the shower is very spacious. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. (only 1 clothes hanger in the wardrobe). All in all a very good choice, although a little expensive compared with other more desirable tourist parts of town.

The one BIG complaint though would be the very loud noise from the bar immediately below which went on until around 3am 7 nights a week and was especially unbearable when they were singing karaoke. However, if you wish to be in this specific area, as I did, there's not much alternative accommodation available. So I adjusted my sleeping times to fit with the karaoke ! :-)

If I were to know this apartment available earlier, I would have stay here each time I come to KL for play or for work. Affordable and worth the value. The apartment is simple, not over doing, providing everything that is needed. Desa Park City itself gives the outdoor feel with its Waterfront, Dog park, convenience in community malls and so much more. Uncle Roger approved!

Location very good. Just above the restaurants. Very convenient for meals. Place very clean, except for one cockroach that appeared in the bathroom. Otherwise everything was in good order.

Didn't know one bedroom had only curtains to cover the place and no door. Having a partition w a door would be more appropriate. No wall hooks or towel rack in bathroom

It had all facilities around it

We were told two bathrooms where I assumed it was two showers and two toilets but it was only one shower and one toilet which was classified as two A bit misleading

Very spacious appartment in a great location! Comfortable beds and very good organisation with the landlord.

The kitchen could need some more equipment for cooking or at least some glasses.

Good location, clear check in instructions, helpful host. The place was comfortable for my family's needs for 3 days. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The Air conditioner in the hall may require repair. Since, the unit is located at the 3rd floor, the air wasn't exactly very windy and it was rather warm in the hall. Otherwise, the host was good and the place is clean. Definitely recommend for future stay since there are many restaurants around.

This property is located inside Plaza Arkadia. plenty of restaurants at the ground floor of the units. There is no issue of security and neighborhood is a popular place for jogging and running. The unit come with kithchen wares, washing machine, electrical stove with hood u need for a short vacation. Like the surrounding as well as this place. Checkin and checkout are easy and response from owners are almost immediately.

Everything is functioning. Nothing dislike.

Not a negative point but to note that there is a need to factor in the cost of daily car park max RM15, if you have a car.
