The location is very good. There is a train station available just 1 min walking distance. The location is perfect for going to any place. The room was clean and Smart TV was available. There was a window and the view was very nice as well

The breakfast was not good. We couldn't eat during our entire stay. We had to order daily from outside. There was only one option for their own local food. There must be an option for international food

I like the location, and most importantly what makes me keep coming back is the staff and the service. From reception to room service and housekeeping and cafe, everyone seems to be friendly and courteous. Thank you for making each of my stay a good one.

Sometimes there were noises from guests along the corridor that can be heard but i guess that is something that no one can control. So, it's okay as long as it is not too disturbing for too long.

Hassan was the receptionist when I checked-in. I was travelling from KB for work-related and he was being very considerate on the deposit charge. I didnt know there was a difference in amount for deposit if you pay by cash (RM100) and credit card (RM50). So, thanks to him, I paid cash and only paid half price depo. Reached KL late due to rain & traffic but the bed we get managed to put us in deep sleep and it was comfy. Room space was just nice for husband & I and despite the mrt track & main road was outside our window, it was a noise-proof room! Breakfast was good at the total price of amount. Definitely a satisfying one! Tq!

So far, both of us had a great stay despite only one night. So,nothing we could complaint!

I suffered knee injury in the city. The staff was able to give me an ice bag for the swelling... That is above and beyond and shows a congenial care for the customers... Free fulll course breakfast from six thirty a m to ten thirty a m...

Location is a little down, but you do have an MRT station very nearby that's easy to access the center and attractions... Including the Batu Caves..

Free and spacious parking. The staff very friendly and helpful. Room included breakfast. Easy check-in and check-out process. Room are clean and worth the price. For Queen bed room, it's soundproof. You can enjoy a quite and calm night

The room light bit gloomy so it kinda difficult to get a good lighting to do my make up. The plug point can fit 3pin plug but not malaysian plug. Only one Malaysian plug point available in the room. so need to take turn to use

Check in was breeze. Lobby and room looks sparkling clean. Didn't check the other amenities. Breakfast was decent though, could be better. But for the price paid, couldn't ask for more. Value for money.

The carpark at the basement was a bit eerie and dark to go alone at night.

connecting rooms, we booked two rooms. hair dryer in room. Wifi very fast, wifi password on room card. breakfast ok. one dustbin in room and bath room each. mirrors in room free parking underground. like the lock of the room door, very secure will stay again.

Staff are friendly and helpful. The place is comfortable and clean. The hotel has nice fancy elevators & well decorated. Safety features on door and windows that I stayed in. Felt safe staying there.The breakfast buffet has lots of options too.I recommend this place. I would rate 5 stars and worth my money.
