This hotel is good value for money, and is a better place to stay than upscale hotels, if you want to save money for sightseeing, eating out and other trips. Staff members here are busy, but they are friendly, accommodating, and hospitable. Special requests are catered for well, especially for longer stays. It is a small hotel in a traditional area on the outskirts of Kuala Lumpur, with a family feel about it.
Everything you need day to day is nearby: Lotus Supermarkets, Starbucks, Burger King, KFC, affordable Thai food courts and a cinema, but if you need to travel to Kuala Lumpur CBD or surrounding areas, you need to pay for a taxi or a rideshare service. Bus services to the train stations are infrequent, and it can take much longer than in western countries to get from one part of the city to another by public transport.

The location is great. Lots of food options surrounded & supermarket at opposite. There is a water machine out there can refill at anytime. Bed is quite comfy. Able to check in at midnight. Does not have any smell in the room.
The wall is too thin and I can hear the noise from neighbors. Not much components inside the tiny room and you need to ask from the receptionist. (E.g., hairdryer) The parking is too expensive (7/day, overnight doubled) & I don't see any guard there. The facilities a bit old but functioning & the TV only can watch 8TV.
