The room was comfortable for three of us. Outstanding clean, Towels was much comfy then other 5 star hotels. The bed was comfy from most 5 star hotels. Very quite and we had very good sleep. we stayed there for 1 week so we know what we are talking about..

Malay food ( Halal) hard to find near the hotel. Its a Chinese area, so we can except it. But There are some Malay stalls around 500-600 meters from the hotel. There are 1 Mamak Restaurant nearby, to those might fancy Indian Muslim food.

Plenty of kopitiam, restaurants, and convenient stores within walking distance. Spacious room, with a bathtub. Overall it is good. Value for money.

Didn't know smoking was allowed in the room. It has a strong smell of cigarettes when checking into the room. Limited hotel parking, hard to get parking during peak hours coming back from outside. Can clearly hear vehicle noises in the room.

The hotel facilities and hygiene are all good, the bathroom is also very clean, the mattress is comfortable, and you can watch Youtube or Netflix TV programs... unlike other cheap hotels where you can only watch TV1... Overall it is worth it

The only drawback is that because the window seat happens to be opposite the 24-hour KK mart convenience store, you can hear the sound of motorcycles at night or even in the middle of the night, which affects your sleep...

Nice and clean . Amazing staff, very quiet , clean, a lot of restaurant near by and the metro is 5 min walk.

Everything was great except for the bed, was a little bit hard .

We booked this hotel last minute and arrived just before midnight. The staff was very kind and they helped us with the luggage. The check in was fast. The room clean and comfortable, the bottled water is complementary.

They do a good job. The accommodation is clean and comfortable!

Location at the center of the area with sizable option for foods, convenience store and banks. The room is clean with Netflix and decent size of TV. Mini bar is provided. Staff is friendly and goes extra mile for their customer. I forgotten to collect my deposit (pay in cash) as was rushing out during check out. They subsequently bank in my security deposit to my bank account.

The sound proof. Can hear noises from other rooms.

I stay here for few times already and overall of the room facilities and amenities never disappoint me

For room 201 please put a divider between the shower place and the remaining space of the toilet. And pls provide 2 keys for family because other might need to go out.

It was really worth it. Cheap price to stay in the heart of KL city. 2nd time staying here in this year. 1) Limited hotel parking spots but since its near shop lots, parking is not an issue. 2):Have many restaurants nearby varying from chinese, indian and malay food. 3) There is a 24 hour convenient shop right across the street 4) 24 hour self paid laundry facilities also available on the next shop rows. 5) Free hotel wifi is exceptionally good 6) netflix and youtube available at room Overall great stay.

The room service is only available upon request and it takes long and limited time to clean the room. That was the only downside i would say.

Overall is excellent. Spacious room, clean & tidy. Loved the interior design. The room's walls were fully tiled which make difference experiences for me & my family.

Except for the midnight incident (neighboring room - quarrel scene) which was quite disturbing & should be attended to by hotel staff. The incident also creates an unsafe environment at night.
