I love the hotel . Its so quite and hygiene . Everything is good . the best is I can check in late in midnight. Everything was smooth . Parking is efficient

I have no idea why the window at room 709 is partially open. It cannot close tightly. So , the problem is when you sleep at night , you will hear the vehicles sounds from outside. Furthermore , during my staycation there's a renovation works on top of my room (ceiling) , Like scratching , skimming cement or something . So , early in the morning as early as 8am , the contractor start to do their works. As per receptionist inform me , the works will be start around 9am . Nothing much to say , I hope the management can fix the time errors , as the guest I need more time to rest after long drive . Thank you

Everything was great.

During my recent stay, I was surprised to find that housekeeping had entered my room while I was away, even though I didn’t request it or leave any sign on the door. While I appreciate the intention to tidy up, it made me feel uncomfortable as I had personal belongings and clothes laid out. It would have been better if housekeeping only entered upon request or if there was clearer communication about their schedule. I hope the hotel can improve privacy protocols to ensure guests feel fully at ease in their rooms.

The room was spacious and the the bed was comfy. the hot water was nice. The spread of breakfast were good and plenty of choice. Overall, you got what you paid.

i would suggest the staffs to disappear from the breakfast room. just do regular checking on foods and tables but no need to announce the presence. when i went for breakfast, there were plenty of dining room staffs doing nothing, chit chatting and keep looking at us guests as if they are patrolling our food intake. somehow i felt their scrutinizing eyes and that utterly made me uncomfortable to eat. my experiences with other hotels, you can rarely see the staffs on dining room unless required.

Its convenient beside mall- petronas- MRT. Staff is friendly and helpful

Why do we need to request a toothbrush at the counter? Place it into each rooms, its an accepted toiletries amenities per pax. Toilet needs some refurbishments indeed.

Noise from traffic outside along the Jalan Kepong. Shower curtain is smelly. Need to wash after guest has vacated. Gave an impression that the bathroom is unhygienic.

Should upgrade more for TV channel. We're having toilet problem before check out. Suddenly the flush not functioning. We've try our best to settle it before leaving our room but still cannot. We inform the front desk staff to acknowledge him about it. Other than that everything is great. Definitely we will come again

The bathrooms aren't the cleanest... I can still see dirt in the bathtubs and it looks like they aren't cleaned properly or at all 😅

Parking is a bit harsh, there is a mall right beside, so if you want to park in front of the hotel its abit difficult. But basement parking is available just not friendly for new driver and big cars

Location is very good, still not happy with what the LEVEL offers you for what you pay for. Breakfast is not the best, the food is not warm enough and it's mostly the same everyday
