Self check-in and check-out at the hotel are very convenient and enhance privacy without the need for extra communication. The hotel is excellent value for money, with clean rooms and well-equipped facilities. There’s a fridge, a kettle, a powerful hairdryer, and a perfectly-sized TV. The room is not too cramped, and the bathroom is clean and appropriately sized. The small sink reminds me of hotels I stayed at in Japan—everything is exquisite, clean, and comfortable.

The open-air parking lot can be inconvenient on rainy days. Additionally, the parking fees are charged by the hour, amounting to at least RM20 per day for guests, which is quite pricey. There are no convenience stores within walking distance, so getting around requires a car, and each entry and exit incurs additional parking charges.

The room is big like a studio apmt. Bed is comfortable. Basic amenties such as shower gel, shampoo and bath towels are procided. TV. (with Nextflix only), coffee/tea making service . Hotel is walking distance to eateries and near to SS2. The on-premise cafe, Sunyay, serves excellent coffee, pastries and desserts. And Healthland massage is also on premise on the 7th floor. Their Thai masseuse are well trained.

Wish they provide a floor rug in the bathroom so as to keep the floor dry. No proper clothes hangers, although there are rod like hangers that stick out from the wall. The walls around the bathroom face heavy condensation. Although communication prior to arrival is responsive via WhatsApp and clear instructions are given, the self check-in process lacks a human face and personal touch, at least for me.

The virtual staff was excellent in very fast response. When I had problems with rooms, they quickly change my room and also activate cleaners to make up room when required

Parking charges bit on high side. During renovations of rooms, think contractor rushed jobs and the floor tiles beginning to peel badly. Reported the issues, hope hotel will fix the problems and maintain the rooms better. Overall it has been good

The room was spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed. I appreciated the cozy bed with premium linens, spacious layout.

The floor in my room had raised sections that were not only uncomfortable to walk on but also posed a safety hazard. The uneven surface pricked my feet multiple times, making it difficult to move around barefoot. I hope the management takes this issue seriously and repairs the flooring promptly to ensure a safer and more comfortable experience for future guests.

Easy self check-in system with dual security control access card. Room is clean with bright lighting. Convenient parking which need to pay with fee. The location easy to find food and have convenient stores around.

The rain shower water flow is very very small, please improve on this. It would be best if you could provide shower cap otherwise guest hair get wet.

The room is clean & tidy. Definitely have to try the shower in the bathroom. The water flow very super smooth and look like having a massage when water drop down to your head & shoulder.

The battery of TV remote control is low. The Wi-Fi Internet connection for the TV is not working during my stay. Please be aware the hotel do not provide toiletry kit such as toothbrush and toothpaste. Don't forget to bring your own while staying.

Hotel with self check in concept easy to check-in and check-out. The room was clean and super comfort. Netflix available without need to login using personal account. Room condition was perfect.

They have parking fees. Deposit required and take 1-2 days for deposit to be refund if using debit card, make it harder for someone that really have tight budget.

It really clean. The floor I can feel it completely clean without any dust. Cleaner done good job every day. Compliment for the room cleaner.

The TV is using Android TV and didn't provide free movie account. So TV is useless in room. The 310 room. Toilet light a bit noise from light. Can ask technician to check.

it’s accessible to nearby shops and highway

Check-in was quite complicated since it’s self check-in. The room was cramped, overpriced, and had no windows. The bathroom was dirty, and there were stains on the bedsheet. Parking wasn’t free — you have to pay for parking. It wasn’t cheap!

Location was easy to access, next to a busy road, neighboring many good eating places. The space was very clean from the shower to the bed and the floor, and the room had a good vibe.

The hair dryer provided could be better, batteries for the air conditioning remote was low and couldn't use it on the first night. Got it replaced the next day only.
