The staff were friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was easy with advance informing on the day so they can clean up the room. The location was great as food area was within walking distance. There is typical kopitiam with good soup based food which was lovely. There were different cuisine restaurants around. Less shops were available at Jaya Mall nearby. Nearby seven eleven, kk mart and family mart sold the essentials which was very convenient. Receptionist was 24 hour which was great as there was always help at hand.

Room is not soundproof so the closing of door banging by other tenants were too loud for our liking. Loud music or loud talking by others quite disturbed our rest.

Within walking distance of a major supermarket and lots of shops on a major road in PJ, therefore easily and conveniently accessible. Friendly, competent and helpful staff. Very updated building throughout, with interesting wall painting decor. Everything worked as they should, card door lock, all electrical switches (AC, light, water heater), elevator, secured external door. Everything is ultra-clean, never seen a bathroom so completely mould-free and all fixtures and fittings in good trim. Even provide a bottle of water, a box of tissues, one packet each of coffee and tea, together with sugar and creamer, and a kettle. A work desk with a wall socket close by for charging and power. Plenty of hangers. A sense of spaciousness. Sound insulation so excellent too. And so close to all-night coffee shops, which came in so handy when I woke up at 2 am.

The superior single room that I stayed is comfortable and clean with no insects or pests in the room, well-equipped with a table and a clothing rack. It will be a plus if it has a tiny window. The staff are helpful to lower my deposit fees, provide extra free mineral waters and toilet roll. The reception hall is beautiful with flowers and cozy. There is an iron board and iron in each floor for use. The water heater in the bathroom is functioning well and the water is warm. If you are on a tight budget, the room price is affordable and worth it with one night stay. All in all, a highly recommended stay.

The room door is a bit heavy to open and close and produces loud “bang!” when it closes. The lift is too fast to close, I nearly stuck in the door halfway on my way out. There are some other travelers that smoked in the entrance of the hotel on the ground floor.

I repeat this place many times for a few days stop-over, rooms are small but the cleanliness never disappoints. Most of my needs are satisfied in this neighborhood: gadgets, banks, grocery, variety of eateries, Mr. DIY all in walking distance. They have a pantry area with a few fridges, water server and laundry machines for long stay guests. Have seen students-like people cook their own meals. Quite safe neighborhood. Staffs friendly and pretty flexible.

Bedmaking and reception may take longer as they are not a mega hotel with many staffs.

Everything! I have stayed for a few times now. Friendly staff, they were trying to figure a quieter room for me as a light sleeper, although I'm still having the problem to sleep but I love how they were willing to help! Also everything else in this hotel; clean room, clean towel, nice bed nice pillow, great water pressure, free parking spot (weekend), near to eateries, excellent price of course!

Bad soundproof. Let me bring my earplugs next time and update in the new review.

Room and toilet were clean. Its like newly renovated. Strategic location easy access to food, pharmacy, convenient stores etc. Ample parking after 630pm. Stay here twice because near to office and affordable. Overall good for short staycation!

Staff not friendly. Mostly is foreigner staff. There is a blonde lady not smile, no greeting, looks arrogant. Room is not sound proof. Quite noisy but bearable. No television in the room but wifi is good. Not convenient to check-out! You'll have to wait till they check your room. Then only your security deposit of RM50 will be refund (P/s: You will be penalize if there is stain on your linen bed or towel)🤔

The staff,the location and proper room. Please understand that TV is not available but it didn't matter to me as I was busy with meetings and work. Good place to come back,shower,do some work and sleep.

The housekeeping staff was a bit preoccupied/busy that he missed making up my room but that was one minor incident.

I love almost everything about this place. The room was very clean and tidy. It smelled great too! The wifi is strong and the girl at the reception was also helpful.

The entrance to the building is a bit creepy if you check in at night. The space for car to pass through is also very narrow. But the reception is on the first floor and once you reached reception floor, the fear got away too. There were other girls on the floor as well so as a fellow solo girl traveller, I felt safe

Excellent location, with many amenities nearby including medical clinic, dentists, pharmacies. Great choices for places to eat, including high-end cafes, family restaurants with local cuisine, and fast-food outlets. Also good choices for vegetarians. Major banks have branches here; there are several convenience stores, a local fresh market and a supermarket, as well as hair salons, traditional massage services, and even a post office - all within walking distance of the hotel.

the room is really clean, the furniture are in good condition as the hotel is still new, toilet is clean, bed is comfortable, overall cleanliness is considered very good at this price point

one downside is the room does not have electronic lock which many hotel has, just conventional mechanical door lock (the one you can turn 2 times to lock in your house). like other budget hotels poor sound proof (you can hear voices from corridor, but this is acceptable for this price)
