Room Size, Facilities are good. also Host is always responding within short time. They Regularly refill coffee and water. But Collecting and dropping key location is little difficult though the host shared a clear direction for it. Good air condition, good water heater. Its Clean. Also its very silent and quite place.

Every time I need to put 9 digit code to the room door to open it. It was difficult for older person to operate. It should be RFID card operated. Also I requested the host to arrange Mopping the room but it wasn't. Also bathroom Basin glass rack was not proportionate to the small basin. While using the basin it prone to accident it seems.

The ambience, the location, the setup of the room were just great. The view was great can overlook the PJ highways without much of noise. Great place for relaxing. Very easy instructions given by host for entering

Collecting the keys and returning the keys were more of a hassle, as we need to get in for a ticket first. There is no space to park car temporary while we get the parking cards . The same applies when we exit. Also, there is a further 1 day delay from host on the deposit refund.

- The air conditioner was a little weak - The fridge leaked a little at night (the kitchen floor became pretty wet) - The exact deposit amount needs to be given because they don’t issue change (there were some misunderstandings but the owner helped to resolve it swiftly which I appreciate a lot)

The location which is just a 3 minute walk from AsiaJaya LRT station meant that we could easily get to the heart of Kuala Lumpur and all the malls in a short time! The space in the apartment was perfect for the 3 of us. We stayed for 20 nights and having the washing machine was so very helpful. Having 2 bathrooms was handy too.

It would have been good to have a couple of fans so that we didn’t have to run the air conditioning on days when it was not too hot. There isn’t much in the way of ventilation in the apartment but saying that, the high ceiling meant that it didn’t really get too stuffy.

check-in process is like playing explore race, find the parking area, find the mail box area, enter the password, find the elevator entrance, find the floor, find the room, enter the password. need to exit the parking lot again, to access the parking use the provided card, but its okay, not a problem if you read the instructions correctly.

Instructions were clear & host guided very well to check in. I rented just a studio unit, but it was very spacious with 1 double bed and a sofa bed too (can easily accommodate 3 pax..). Room facilities were good, plus there were a medium-sized refrigerator and washing machine, which were very convenient to me... Eateries were near...

Could be better if light cooking facilities were provided - e.g. an induction cooker, perhaps. Nevertheless, there's the microwave (but I didn't have time to use)... Bring your own laundry detergent if you wish to use the washing machine!

Definitely booking here if you would like to access the night views of kl city and you will have clear access to the federal highway just the road planning kinda confusing if you plan to drive there, others no complain at all

I love the night city view there. The room is clean. The bed is very comfy that I fell sleep immediately when I lie on the bed. The staff there are also very attentive, when the water kettle is not working they help me to change the kettle to a new one. I appreciate the good hospitality there very much. Love the location because it is very strategically located on the main Federal highway. Easy access to big malls such as Midvalley/One Utama and it is not too far away from KL City. LRT access is available if you are okay to walk or book a Grab to the station The room is spacious with the required amenities and the Best if comfy. For the price paid, it is very worth it. Would recommend if you are looking for the above! Owner is very friendly and helpful.

I rented the studio unit. The stay was ok. Magnificent view of KL & PJ. The property owner was quite helpful even though her reply thru whatsapp was a little bit delayed due to her travelling abroad. However, the information was successfully shared whenever I needed it.

The toilet needs a bit of improvement. Among others, all just ok. Value for money.
