Friendly staff... Location.

Its quite hot in the days since my room didnt have an AC.

Common areas were well kept and clean. The house is located near bus stops & police station. Garden area is well lit at night. Also ample parking becuse the rooms were not fully occupied.

The rooms were rather small. And there were no ensuits to choose from. I did not like the fact that to enter the room you had to climb over a high threshold. Its almost like climbing into a cave.

we chose to live here because it's close to workplace.

The disappointing thing is that the room is dusty and uncomfortable to sleep in, the hotel smells bad and is not Muslim-friendly. Other guests bring dogs into the hotel.

The location is great, the outdoor site is great to hang out. The library is aesthetic enough for those who want snap pictures. The toilet is clean.

The booking was mixed up. The room was not being cleaned. The smell of the cats' poop all over the kitchen and room area. Only can contact staff through WhatsApp and not responsive or helpful enough. We have to cleaned the room by ourselves. The room is very hot in the morning due to no aircond or proper fan. The picture from the ads is not the same as the room they provide to you.

The ambience at the guest hall. Love the books display. Very bookish.

Very limited space in room. Air cond only at the hallway not in the room.

Allow pet to stay

Very very bad air vantalition, hot and no aircorn...the whole place looks dim and dark...staff not wearing tshirt, moving in and out without tshirt..a guest scream at night as she didnt who he is...i will not visit again this place and will not recommend to others
