the location is good. Near the train station.

Room- the bed does not have a fresh smell. I am not sure it is the bed covers or the bed itself. If it is the bed, then certainly need to have it aired.

The room was very clean with good water pressure, excellent air conditioning and a nice view. The location is walking distance to the LRT and parking was RM2 per entry (has to be validated at the hotel desk). The big Decathlon outlet in the same building is nice.

The room wasn't serviced - for some reason it is necessary to call up the front desk and request for it to be serviced, otherwise it will not be done; no new towels, no water etc.. The hotel dining options have been reduced recently, so there really isn't a lot of choice on the menu (however the food served was actually quite nice). The level 1 bar serves a subset of the food downstairs at slightly higher prices, with alcohol being served. The main restaurant downstairs is 'dry' and has a slightly better range of food choices.

My (appeared to be recently) refurbished room was very well maintained - everything was in tip top conditions. The room, room floor, bathroom, bed and linen were all very clean. I was assigned a city-view room on the 21st floor, which was great. Staff at the reception, especially Miss Vie who checked me in, were very friendly and polite. Miss Vie's generous smiles and homely conversation made the check-in process felt really swift and nice -- she acknowledged me as a returning guest and made me feel appreciated by the hotel. On departure the next day, another friendly and professional staff checked me out and Miss Vie who happened to come into the reception afterwards made it a point to address me and checked how my stay was. These little acts added significantly to the overall very good experience of staying at the Armada PJ. Hotel location is good and within walking distance to the Asia Jaya LRT Station. There is a nice Decathlon sporting goods store attached to the back of the hotel lobby (linked via a short corridor way).

It would be nice if breakfast options could be added to the room rate during booking, as it is breakfast needs to be bought separately at the reception and the price of MYR65.00 is a bit too pricey. There isn't much F&B option available within the immediate surrounding of the hotel (although hotel staff are very happy to help suggest other good eating places within a 10- to 15-minute walk.

Helpful staffs. My hsbd met acdnt just 1 week prior this booking. Couldn't walk much due to knee injury. Staff helped us with wheelchair services until our room. Great view of the KL City from my room. Spacious and clean room + bathroom. Parking charges were just rm2/night.

TV channels could have been better. No smart tv. Maybe the mgmt can consider this. Since we took only for One night, we opted to stay in our room. So yea.

The room is a bit dated but very clean. The mattress and pillows are comfortable and freshly clean. The location of the hotel is one of the reasons why I booked this hotel as it is close to eateries and convenient to public transport (closed to Asia Jaya MRT station).

Toilet cistern flush is too short and did not do the job well. I have to push the flush several times before it cleared. The basin is cracked and the water did not drain from the relief valve and soiled water flowed back into the basin. The electrical socket used for kettle did not work.

Location was great although hotel entrance signage could be improved as it was blocked by another hotel. Room was quite spacious, clean and good view of city. Great shower and water pressure. Cafe in the hotel had surprisingly tasty food. Staff at the hotel were excellent from front desk to Food n Beverage staff and housekeeping. They were polite, always helpful, got things done quickly and always had a smile.

The room and furnishing being a little old and in need of an update. Wallpaper and window sill needs repair. Bathroom door needs a little repair. Could do with new sheets and pillowcases as current ones are pretty worn down.

I booked the Admiral Suite, the biggest room offered my this hotel I guess. It's on the 24th floor. Really comfortable. About swimming pool, they don't have it. But I don't mind bout it since I'm not the pool lover. Parking is provided. You can validate your parking ticket at the lobby hotel. About the food, I like their food. Ala carte also nice, if you don't book for the buffet.

Sometimes there's water shortage in the toilet. It's really annoying. Maybe because of my room is onnthe highest floor. And since it's 4star hotel, I'm expecting they have face towel. But they don't provide it in the room. I tried to call the room service and reception using their telephone provided in my room. But it's not functioned. So I just went down (which is take time since my room is at 24th floor) just to request for a prayer mat. They do have a gym. But with very very limited of equipments. I was planned to use their gym during my stay. But when I surveyed the gym on my 1st night stay, I feel like not interested anymore. As a 4 star hotel, they can provide more than this. Besides these three things, I'm satisfied with my 2nights stay.

The room is spacious and comfortable. Toilet is clean. I get a great view, looking at the city view at night, so relaxing. Parking is ample and fee is only RM2 per entry, if I am not mistaken.

One of the pillow is too soft and squishy. No hair dryer in my room. There's also constant noise from the top and you can hear the train's sound from the outside, but it wasn't that bed. It was quite dark at the parking lot, so it can be scary to walk alone at night.

The staff are friendly and professional. I got to check-in early before heading out to work. The TV channels are working, it includes a sports channel. Guest expendables seem like a perfect gifts. Data connection is also pretty fast there.

None. But there was a minor inconvenience in the room I stayed in. There was a clicking sound inside the sofa or inside/behind the bedhead. Can't be sure of the source, it could be inside the wall too. I kept hearing it while I was awake.

Overall I had pleasant experience would have rated full point if not deal to the male front office that had pulled things back.

Continue from above. When I arrived the evening before, lady front office staff helped me to validate my touch and go card and told me to come to counter each time I re-enter the car park. When I checked out, the male staff said "can you go over to the other counter at the entrance, we don't do it here". I told him I was told to come back here to validate, he insisted that he couldn't help and I must go to the other concierge counter if is manned by staff. While I understand that might be your hotel working arrangements, the way the staff answering and also the lacking of extra effort, such as get the concierge to come and help would have given me the better impression.
