Good views from the high floors and property was clean. Everything worked and it was professionally handled.

Not a major problem but the checking in, deposit sending, key collection box with codes and another code for the door, exiting the car park before the charges started etc was not a simple process. I do think some elderly folks will be confused. Apart from that, it was fine.

Convenient 5 min walk to Asia Jaya LRT station. Easy to get rideshare service ( GRAB). Microwave, kettle, washing machine,iron, crockery, coffee, tea, creamer and sugar supplied. Good security building. Good air conditioning & fan.

If driving, the traffic to centre of Kuala Lumpur and around the area often heavy. Bathroom, typical of many Malaysian homes do not have enclosed shower area - so the whole bathroom becomes a wet area. Often a bad odour in bathroom area ( maybe something to do with poor drainage). No cooktop. No safe.

While the staff-less checkout was confusing at first I did end up liking it since it was a pretty seam-less check-in. Took a little bit longer though since security requested my passport to add me to the roster. I appreciate the security. I just want aware prior which threw me off at first. Otherwise everything seemed great. As a gay couple staying in Malaysia having these acomodations made things nice and simple and free from ignorance especially since we came for the Furum Convention. Overall great stay. Will stay again if we go to Furum again in the future ^^

Payment method of deposit. I had to download Wise which I had no knowledge of or understanding to make the deposit payment. If paypal or interact transfer was accepted I would have liked that much more but it didnt ruin the experiance. It was just a mild inconvience since I had to learn how to do it and set it up.

Returned after three years and I can confidently say,the property owners keep living up to their standards! From ensuring thorough and detailed check in/check out procedures and giving us regular heads-up and check-ins, everything was conducted in a smooth manner to ensure our comfort and good stay. Our room boasted a spectacular and panoramic view of PJ city,leading all the way up to the highway and massive skylines. The setting was comfortable and cosy with all the proper amenities needed. Superb value for money and underrated for how excellent everything is.

The host is very helpful and friendly. The room is very nice, clean and well equipped. Great location, 3 minutes walk to LRT/Metro station. Value for money.

2 things 1. No restaurants nearby. Must order online. 2. The door need an extra lock besides digital lock. My baby 3 years old and she can open the door and walk out of the room and door gets closed she can’t enter. This happened twice with my baby. My request to the host to look into this issue and put an extra lock besides the digital lock.

Everything was perfect, from self checkin communications, guidance. Upon entering the unit i was in awe of the view, space, cleanliness and everything provided. There was Netflix, full kitchen facilities, even coffee & water. The hospitality made me feel like i was in a hotel. We were there for our company Annual Dinner next door in Sheraton. And the entrance is just next door! Will definately be back for a getaway! There'a also a newly opened Japanese grocery store downstairs, u can get breads, groceries or water from there if needed. All in it was a splendid time there. Thank you Eric for being the perfect virtual host!

The place was very pleasant, comfortable to stay, it's very private and the facilities are all good and complete with fridge, washing machine, ironing tools, microwave. The hosts were very helpful guiding you thru the check in and check out process.

Nothing on the house. However, there is a problem with the lift in the apartment. Only one lift functioning and the others are not. It takes some time to wait for the lift and some other times it is full and we have to wait for another round. I hope that management can solve this problem.

The view (especially the sunrise) from the room were great! The room is spacious, comfortable. The kitchen was basic, but has a fridge and kettle. The hosts were welcoming and communicated well.

The security guards at the reception were very slow. A glass partition to the shower would have been nice to prevent the whole bathroom getting wet. Kitchen could be a bit better arranged, in terms of crockery - not ideally equipped for any self-catering. Only expensive Japanese eateries in the building, have to go out or order in for meals.

LOVE that it was very near the amenities such as the trains. And for me to instruct the Grab drivers yo fetch me to and from places was super easy. The hosts thinks of everything and all the equipment are in working order. The hosts were fantastic and very prompt in replying to my enquiries. Very value for money & hasslefree.

the accomodation is a spacious 2 floor duplex apartment with all the facilities that you need, 2 double beds, 2 bathrooms, plus a living area with sofa. Kitchen comes with fullsize fridge, microwave, water filter and teacoffee making facilities, 2 fullsize mirrors, hair dryer, iron , lots of hangers , with complimentary 4 mineral water. Big windows overlooking the city. It is right next to the sheraton entrance. there is one japanese supermarket in the lobby area, a few japanese restaurants. If want to eat other than these need to order foodpanda or drive out. Although the building can feel empty out of office hours we felt safe. Host was superb in setting communication and prompt response given for any queries. Clear self check-in info was given ahead of check in.

the Lobby name and location can be confusing -- the main lobby for the Pinnacle building where this apartment is located is right next to sheraton, the Tower A lobby is the other side towards the back of the building
