Plenty of shops and amenities around the hotel and very close to public transportation. Hotel is spacious, shower pressure is great and overall ambience is very comfortable.

The window doesn’t quite cancel the noise from outside and the traffic can be noisy in the morning. Despite being a ‘business’ hotel, the room does not have a minibar (mini fridge). The room could provide complimentary slippers and the hotel could provide a microwave downstairs for guests’ use. Staff can do with a little bit more smile.

The location is excellent because there are nearby local restaurants. For its price, it offers great value. Thr bed is comfortable, the room is clean, and the aircon is working properly. We also liked that there is a handheld bidet near the toilet.

The toilet was located in the same area as the shower. When I booked the Deluxe King Room, the pictures in Booking.com showed that the toilet is separate from the shower, but the actual room had the toilet and shower in the same area.

- It looks more exclusive than what we paid from the outside. - Basic and have everything we need. - Comfortable mattress. - Curtain does excellent blackout effect. - Provise toothbrush, coffee/tea (twinning!)

- Soundproof is a bad, can hear the chair dragging from upstairs or even next door. - Lighting is weak, difficult to put on the make up. - The shower room is very slippery when it's wet.

Clean and comfortable hotel to stay at the heart of PJ, with eateries, banks, pharmacies, and laundry services within walking distance from the hotel. They provided Nespresso machine in the room with 2 capsules a day, which is a nice addition to the stay

Free parking is not provided. Have to park at public parking space provided by MBPJ.

The room was very clean and there were ample toiletries. The air condition was working perfectly and the water pressure and hot water was great. Thank you very much for the goodie bag and the coffee machine. Keep it up. We don't see such things even in bigger hotels

I am very satisfied with the location, not too noisy the only dissatisfaction is the bed and quilt, sleep feels itchy, this is the fly in the ointment.

The bed can be treated more cleanly with pillows, otherwise the customers feel itchy when they sleep, which will really deduct points from your hotel impression.

Had breakfast outside? Very near to Grandpa's place so he could pick up and drop of with traveling long distances. Location in New Town PJ is why he chose to book here. Thanks to Booking.com

The Orange business hotel consistently offers good value and maintains simple yet clean functional rooms.. Hot powerful showers. great room design.. The area has many restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

I think it would be great if a small fridge would be placed in the better rooms. Since I began staying here some cosmetic maintenance could be done to keep the rooms in their best condition.

They were painting the stairwells and corridors white which looked fresh. Nice look in lobby- 7/11 close by. Good lunchtime buffet restaurants around the council tower building. Room was quite darkly furnished . watched a premier league football game on the tv which was a bonus.

Excellent front office staff who was very friendly and helpful. The snacks and coffee machine in my room was something we don't usually receive in other hotels. Thanks

The one English TV channel only had audio but no video for the entire 2 days
