The room just nice for a quick rest for an event. Access nearby are available with 24h store. Fast reply from the owner and very helpful.

As for the parking, if you park inside, total would be RM12/per entry (imagine if you need to go out 2-3 times perday). And for the underground parking, should you seek advices from the property. As for outside park, first comes first served & pay to the government. The place should be like a mall but no outlet (like a ghost mall) so you need to get out to search for halal food, etc (reflect back to the parking rates per entry).

The room, the ambience, the bathroom also nice. Worth the price.

Parking, need to pay valet. You can park basement bit cheaper, but it's so small and quite narrow. If you use big car, gotta be careful.

Comfy bed, spacious room, .excellent staff, near the mall .. Equip with the window that can be open for fresh air Tv need your own Netflix account , but I enjoyed just with YouTube , plenty of dramas/movies that can be watch .. Wifi not function on first night😮, bathroom light brokedown on second night😁, aircond slowdown on third night 😂, However staff took action swiftly 💯🤩.. so, no hard feeling about the events.. Overall, we enjoy our stay.. 🥳 .. If I even be to PJ next, will stay here again .. 😊

Everything is good, comfortable. You can expect it like 3 stars hotel (i guess) - not so perfect yet just nice to stay.

The entrance parking so stink, like superstink up to the smell stick to the car eventhough u just open the window for less than a minute. Like dead corpse or animal idk. The management better check or do something about it. The parking fee so pricey, park inside building still rm24/night, better i park at the lobby/outside parking lot.

Information how to enter the building and the reception area. Reception need to be upgraded n proper. How ever the staff r very helpful. Entrance a bit dangerous if you r alone and u are ladies..

It has convenient store MyNews near the lobby. Can easily find eateris nearby. The staffs are also very helpful and friendly. Price is verrryyy affordable. The area is safe.

- The tv has no channel except the Youtube or Netflix, which you have to sign in your own account. It was a bit lagged but the staff was very helpful to reboot and it was fine.

Hotel room is clean and professional. Great value for money, because the same fee per night would've landed me in a typical low budget one.

No 24/7 staff at the lobby counter. It opens only 9:00AM onwards, which means I couldn't have checked out earlier if I wanted (without receiving my deposit on the spot).

Everything outside the room looked a lil dodgy but I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the room; clean, comfy and smells nice. Albeit small, I didn't have a problem with the size of the room. Price is super affordable considering the area. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Didn't like that the deposit has to do through online payment and it took them 7 working days to transfer the money back (stated 3-5 days). They could instead just take cash and return back the money during checkout.

I prefer the atmosphere of this room compared to the previous one. However, the check-in process was a bit difficult because they have changed their system. But actually, I like this new system.

The fan is broken

The parking for 1 nite enter parking from 11pm and leave by 10am is RM24. Too expensive. Greystone please talk to the parking management. For the 2nd nite the housekeeping didn't make up room. Which I have indicated on the door request for MAKE UP ROOM.
