Our room, overlooking the Kemijoki river, was picturesque and very peaceful. The bed was perfect. The staff was ever-present in meeting our needs and sharing in laughter! And, the breakfast was superb in a scenic dining area. Also, the spa/pool areas were top shelf!!

Rooms are outdated, and there are wear and tears here and there. Spa being so nice, rooms not renovated its a big contrast.

Strong chloride smell even in reception.Normally public Spas are using so called sealed chlor without smell and spreading in the air for long time. Breakfast could have fresher bakery and may be some more varieties as the price for one person use room was higher than 160 eur in province area

Restaurant food, although expensive, was very tasty. I am surprised there is tasty food in Finland. For example, all food in helsinki taste bad, but this hotel restaurant had flavorful food made with quality. Spa was perfect. Very appeasing to eyes and able to go out into lake for a cold dip. 4 different sauna.

Balcony was a little dirty.

Beautiful location on the lake. Our room was large and very comfortable. The spa was great, everything you want from a spa.

A little disappointed there were no lunch facilities, however we were offered sandwiches.

A somewhat standard spa hotel right on the waterfront, but standard in a good way. I didn't use the spa, so can't comment on that. Friendly personnel, modern clean room with a balcony viewing the waterfront, peaceful surroundings, good breakfast, parking. All well!

It was one of the best memories I will carry throughout my life. I was happy in an amazing place with the best food I ever tasted among the scenery around.

Everything was perfect!

Everything! The staff was very professional. Breakfast was excellent and dinner was very delicious. The room was very clean with a comfortable bed and a spacious closet. The spa was absolutely relaxing.

Breakfest was good. And very nice view to the lake.

The opening time of the SPA should be at least ten o'clock in the evening.
