Great location Outstanding staff at reception Fantastic breakfast buffet Good size room, not small

I don’t like hotels that preset thermostat temperature of room to what the hotel decides as comfortable. There was a thermostat on the wall but lowering temperature setting to be more comfortable in room did nothing. When I stay in a hotel and paying over $140 a night, I expect to be comfortable in room I’m paying for. The room was stuffy and too warm for my comfort level.

The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient for exploring nearby attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. Public transportation is just a short walk away, which makes getting around a breeze. The room was spacious, clean, and elegantly designed. The bed was extremely comfortable, the amenities, including a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, and a well-stocked minibar, added an extra touch of luxury. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. From the moment I checked in, they made me feel welcome and were eager to provide recommendations for local hotspots. The hotel offers an on-site restaurant that serves a delightful breakfast.

Wonderful hotel at a great location- only a short walk from the train station. The overall atmosphere at the hotel was pleasant and neat. Staff was unbelievably helpful and kind. Clean room, perfectly soft bed and luxurious breakfast with many different options. I will absolutely book again!

Bathroom was a tiny bit cold, but that may have been just me (I get chilly easily!), so it's not a big deal!

apparently in the Italian restaurant the staff was more busy talking to each other (3 people) when I arrived so I decided to leave after a few minutes as I was not getting any attention. House keeping forgot to make up my room, which I reported upon check out, however this was not an issue for me just for information only.

The room is amazing. The shower is superb, the room is very clean and modern. It is close to a multitude of shopping including groceries and a liquor store. The surrounding restaurants are open interesting and relaxing. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The window has a window seat you may sit in or lye in and view the street. So cozy. The temperature in the room was very comfortable.

I was happy with everything. A refrigerator in the room would be nice.

Hotel was great, exceeded my expectations, super comfy room, good blinds and slept good. Nice to have wine glasses in the room. Enough pillows and good breakfast, location very central. Parking spacious. Staff was super friendly and taverna downstairs super, should have had all my meals there

Absolutely nothing wrong with the hotel but was not so impressed with Lahti itself

A good quality hotel in the center of Lahti featuring a restaurant, bar, gym and sauna. The facilities are modern and somewhat recently renovated. The breakfast is very rich and generous, definitely worth a try. In overall, the hotel offers a good value for money if you’re passing by.

Excellent breakfast and lovely staff. Upscale room which had been renovated with great facilities. Comfy bed and very clean facilities. All facilities very nearby.

Bathroom (the one with bathtub) could be equipped to wipe the excess water from the floor and make stepping onto yhe floor more comfortable.

Had to walk outside for breakfast which was a slight bummer, but at least it wasn’t a bad weather. Breakfast had a great tea selection, but then the in-room tea was horrible.
