We like the free parking and the location right in the centre of Lahti. A litte bit awkward that the hotel door is closed when you just arrive. But there is the reception telefon number that we can call to open the door. Otherwise, the room itself is nice and the beds are comfortable. Good value for the money you pay for.

Location to the venue where we held our convention was very good.

The accommodation was basic, but functional and met my needs; which was warm and clean room where I put my head down at the end of the day.

Easy check-in in the evening with door codes, even the parking hall entry was very easy. The parking hall was very convenient. Breakfast had many varieties.

The renovated rooms look amazing. Comfortable bed. The location is at the city centre and yet a quiet place. Good room size and temperature. They also solved the dryness problem and the humidity levels are now perfect. Delicious breakfast. Free car parking. Good value for money. helpful and professional staff.

This is semi self service hotel. Most of the time there is no reception,but you get your room keys in an envelope on the front desk.

A nice hotel in the middle of the town. A bit old school but that's what I like. Comfy beds and good breakfast. Parking available in the basement.

This was my second visit to Kauppahotelli. The first visit didn't go very well, but this time everything was excellent. Great customer support, I got a free room upgrade, the staff were great. The location is excellent for access to Lahti and to the train station.

I would have liked more vegetarian food for breakfast. Other than that, no complaints.

Parking was a bit difficult downstairs as cars were parked without order, taking up limited space.
