The staff were very polite, friendly and approachable. They had some good advice on what to do and what to see for a short stay / visit.

The air conditioning system in the room made a lot of noise, not referring to the 'fan' noise, but the switch board or something else that kept engaging and disengaging. There was no way to get any fresh air in the room as the windows were kept locked. It's a pity not to be able to enjoy the cool evening breeze and save some energy by switching off the air conditioning system.

Nice linen, good food choices. Comfortable heat in room and nice views of park at front. Gym was very good and helpful staff.

Oddly located room next to saunas but nice and quiet.

The reception lady was very helpful and patient, although I wasn't the easiest customer on that day. The location was great and the breakfast was excellent with a good selection of delicious food. The restaurant where the breakfast was served looked nice.

We had a very warm welcome, even though we arrived at 2am in the morning. Our night receptionist (Minna?) was particularly kind and thoughtful, and we appreciated the ‘extra touches’ to help us feel at home! Our room was delightful, the breakfast excellent, the staff friendly, helpful and accommodating. We could not recommend this lovely hotel more. Thank you for a great stay!

We had a lovely stay. The front desk staff was absolutely wonderful. We were given an upgrade unexpectedly. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We will definitely return.

Hotel was super comfortable, room had everything required - multiple power points including usb points, internet enabled tv etc. the fact it had restaurants and bars of high quality but reasonably priced was additional bonus.

Car parking area can be better and improved. Otherwise no problem at all.

In my booking I asked for a quiet room on an upper floor and got one - 714 that didn't overlook a street, comfortable and modern and I slept well. Cool light affects that dim with a touch. Easy underground parking, worth the additional charge. Breakfast buffet was very good and had everything needed. Staff very fiendly and helpful. WIFI excellent - I ended up watching a movie on my laptop though because I couldn't get to an HDMI connection on the TV as it is fastened close to the wall. My stay was for going to the Maritime Museum the next day, highly recommend. On the way out of town I stopped by the Longinkoski Imperial Fishing Lodge, interesting historic place.

The breakfast was good. And the location was superb in the middle of the town.

The air conditioning system was not functioning and we had to ask for help from the staff. Even after that it was not good, because the temperature of the room was not possible to choose normally.

The staff are very helpful and especially dealing with our overseas guests and communicating back to our HQ to fulfil all needs for a successful business trip.
