The hotel was was good and the staff friendly and efficient. The room as spacious and thank goodness for the AC, as our stay was during a heat wave. Breakfast had plenty of options and it there was a free parking garage. Perhaps the biggest and most pleasant surprise was the free evening meal for guests. Mostly salads and a casserole, but we were not expecting it.

Only minor things, such as the TV - few choices of channels and we did not manage to connect our phones to it (the staff said they were aware and were working on fixing the issue, though). We stayed for three nights and left the "clean my room" sign outside our door in the morning of our last night there, but no one came to tidy it up (maybe because it was a Sunday?). Also fewer services on Sundays: no sauna, no pool, no evening meal, etc. - somewhat normal in Finland.

Excellent place to stay. We can list many many good things: - free on site parking with free charging for our electric car - good dinner and Excellent breakfast included, I loved the waffles and coffee there - very clean room, with very comfortable beds for our family of 5 (2 adults + 3 young kids) - a playroom for the children with good toy selection! Our children loved it! - quiet room, clean corridor, minimalist type of hotel room with good space saving built, AC was a savior for a summer day, very well ventilated room - our receptionist was so cute and friendly! - great location!

The staff was very nice, we checked in later than originally was possible and they accommodated us. First by sending us a text with the code to enter, when this failed the lady stayed longer to make sure we could get in. The staff in general was very nice and the hotel was very clean

Pool table cues were broken, breakfast was decent, nothing special but had very limited vegetarian options

We arrived late, after closing time of reception. The hotel was well prepared for this eventuality, they provided us with door code as well as code to the key box. Parking lot had places, no problem finding the rooms. Rooms were decent, nice. Breakfast was a good basic hotel breakfast selection.

The dinner buffet the hotel offered - this was the first time I experienced something like that. It was offered by the hotel and we didn’t have to pay anything for it.

Staff were very welcoming and answered our questions. We knew breakfast was included but were surprised, and grateful, to learn evening meal was also included. Very clean. Spacious room with sauna.

I was very positively surprised by the free dinner at the hotel.

the lighting could be better and a bit more modern, but that is really the only "not-perfect" aspect

The hotel is large and modern with a spa and swimming pool. The staff were very helpful directing us the old town which is just a few ruins as it burnt down in 1852.

Very good stopover near Vaasa with all needed comfort and facilities. Very much recommended. When arriving, good road signs were so easy to follow, good facilities, very good breakfast, free delicious dinner, good room. We got just everything we wanted.

There was a small sauna in every room. The hotel offered free dinner, which tasted good as did the breakfast. Everything was clean and pretty.
