Henry treated us feel like VIPs. He was professional and thoughtful. The room was comfortable and well furnished. Room service did a 👏 great job tidying up the room and gave fresh towels. The sauna was a fantastic, free service that we could use between 5pm to 10pm. Clean and well equipped with towels, toiletries, bathrobes and slippers. Center of town location and proximity to supermarkets, restaurants and shopping.

Re. breakfast, there was variety but the brands selected and cooking style had too much sugar. Would be nicer for example to have non-sweetened musli rather than those with fun fruity names but taste too sweet and weird. Watermelon would be a great addition to the fruits section which looked unappealing.

The breakfast buffet was good and included a variety of hot and cold food, fruit, breads, pastries. My room had a good view of the public square, a walk-in shower, kettle with coffee/tea, and good internet connection.

I visited in late April when it was still wintery weather conditions including light snow. It would have been nice to have seen the springtime in Vaasa.

The curtains didn't block the outside light sufficiently and room was very light as a result.

Good hotel at the perfect location in Vaasa. Friendly staff, good breakfast, good parking options down in a parking house.

Maybe a bit of lack of coziness, no bar at the first floor anymore and no minibar.

Exiting the underground parking was a problem even though I registered my vehicle. The gate wouldn't open and I had to come into the lobby twice and finally on the 3rd time it let me out.

All the staff was really friendly and helpful, very professional establishment. The breakfast was superb and their restaurant was excellent. The Sky Bar had a magnificent view.

I was not aware the hotel was part of a mall and there was a bar that you share the hotel elevator with. There was a bit more people than just hotel guest. It is perfect for someone trying to enjoy the night life in the city.

Very friendly and service oriented staff (and perfectly trilingual Swedish, English and Finnish), excellent location in the middle of Vasa, comfortable beds and great breakfast.

For the price category, the room was rather on the small side

Close to everything! In the heart of Vaasa. Breakfast was one of the reasons why I decided to spent the night in here.

Could here cars driving around and listening music... And it was quite hot in the room

Very solid service as expected from Sokos hotel brand, helpful personnel. We came in Christmas time, when lots of places are closed, so were hotel restaurants on the Christmas eve, which was kind of expected. Sokos staff helped us to find and book Christmas dinner in another hotel, which was highly appreciated from our side as otherwise we would have to eat salads purchased from the only open grocery store nearby. View to the market square was fantastic as it was snowing almost all the time, beautiful.

Not that we did not like, but on 2nd morning breakfast time had to be pre-booked ahead, citing more occupancy. We were given time tickets, worried not to lose them and not to miss the time slot, but in the end no-one asked for them, nor it seemed there were more people than previous morning. So just excess worries from nothing. At the same time, breakfast selections were good and food delightful.
