Our stay at the Staybridge hotel was excellent. The front desk staff was very helpful and spoke fluent English. The breakfast buffet was very good, the food was fresh, the environment was very clean and the waitstaff was polite and very attentive. The gym was fabulous, everything you need to get a great workout. Plenty of strength training machines, as well as free weights. One of the best hotel gyms I’ve ever trained at. Many of the machines are located on an outdoor balcony allowing for a really enjoyable open air training environment. The location is great. A pleasant 20 minute walk to Ibirapuera park. Additionally, nice shops and restaurants within walking distance. The Brascan Open Air Mall is adjacent to the hotel and has a large selection of food choices, coffee shops and desert choices. We had a a fabulous at meal Bacalhau Vinho e Cia Itaim Bibi restaurant which is a short walk from the hotel. An excellent restaurant for that special night out.

Perhaps a few more breakfast options, such as cooked cereals and omelettes.

I love the size of the room, it was perfect for a family with a baby and it was nice to have the kitchen with a microwave and refrigerator! I really love that there are 32 floors so if you stay on an upper floor you get a great view of the city. There is a very nice facility with a pool and a huge selection of workout equipment. the breakfast was great and there were a lot of foods and drinks to chose from daily. I also noticed some people requested other cooked items that were brought out to the table. the staff was great and made arrangements to hold our extra luggage while we took a short trip to Gramado which was a tremendous plus! there are some really great restaurants in the area within walking distance or a short Uber ride away. There is also a very nice courtyard when you exit to the back of the hotel with restaurants, shopping and outdoor seating that is really nice and even a Starbucks and McDonald’s. We were having problems with the internet but again the staff were really helpful and they fixed the problem immediately.

We used Uber a lot and they seemed to miss the entrance turn in but they eventually made it to the door.

The location , room size and gym. It is very clean and quiet.

The breakfast could be better if they offer different hot options menu every day, it was scrambled eggs, sausages, coxinha and pão de queijo every day. Fruits changes every day.. and also the cakes. But hot menu always same.

Currency exchange is in next building. The breakfast was good. All the staff was kind and welcome. I would definitely stay in this hotel again if I go to Brazil next time.

Nothing really much. As 1 bed was close to dressing/powder room, it would have been nicer if there was a door to close.

The hotel's location is excellent, next to several restaurants, stores and even a movie theater. The room was large and clean, fully functional and with a great view of the city

The breakfast area is really crowded at peak hours, The business center was basically a table with two computers back to back, and a chair on each side,

The shower: It was wetting the floor all the time, although I told the staff they haven't fixed it

The hotel met the expectations. Room was clean and very spacious. There was also a large desk to work. Breakfast was good, many options to choose from. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The price was rather high. Value for money is not the best.

The staff has been really kind, we travel with kids and they have shown a lot of patience. Breakfast was really good, and the family room very comfortable.

Probably the people at the gym but it seems is an outsourced service

My executive room in the 30th floor is comfortably designed for business, with a spacious table and everything yiu actually need to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast is OK. It is my 4th time and I will surely come back again.

The gym on the first floor is probably open for non-guests as it is too busy.
