We needed a place to stay overnight for an early flight out of Viracopos and Golden Park was an excellent option. It is only 15min from the airport, staff was really helpful, and the room was comfortable. We would stay there again should a similar situation come up!

Considering several guests at this hotel are headed early to the airport, I suggest the possibility of breakfast doggie bags or at least something available for guests to pick up when checking out before the restaurant is open. This is because breakfast is already included in the reservation, and it would have been great to be able to take something with us for our 6am flight. Another option could be to opt out of breakfast for a cheaper fare.

This is an older, once resort-style property that is showing its age, but holding on valiantly. The rooms are comfortable, clean and tranquil. Furnishings are standard and include a TV and small refrigerator. Dated air conditioning units struggle to maintain comfort in the heat of the day. Parking is adequate. There are two restaurants: a large one for the included breakfast, and a smaller one in which a reasonably priced but optional dinner is served. Staff are attentive and helpful. English is spoken by a few desk personnel, but the great majority of clients are Brazilian. Breakfast is good, and includes hot items, breads, pastries and several fruits. Internet was available throughout the property.

While the room and linen was clean, the bed linen was thin to the point of discomfort. The only voltage provided was 220, and all outlets were of the Brazilian style - not utilizable for 110 volt plug devices without an adaptor.

A great value. Solid hotel. Great food options mean you won't need to leave the hotel if you don't want to.

No drinking water provided except expensive mini-fridge bottles (an nowhere to buy water near the hotel). Beds are decent but could be better. They would save a lot of water/money if they fixed leaky faucets and installed low-flow showerheads. The male desk clerks at night aren't very friendly. Sort of in the middle of nowhere.

The location is the better reason to stay there. Really close to the Viracopos Airport (VCP) in Campinas (SP). Nice rooms and a good breakfast. THe view from the room is not the focus, but the closeness to the airport is the main advantage of staying there.

The hotel is really big and distances may be huge, from the parling area to the room. If you need ask for a room closer to you.

Our room was comfortable and the location is perfect for those going to the airport.

There was a minor issue with noise from our toilet and the toilet from the room next door but it didn't impact heavily on our stay. The breakfast was basic, could have been a little better but it was standard for hotels in Brazil.

Though my stay was brief, I appreciated the attention to detail and the peaceful atmosphere. The location was convenient, with easy access. I didn’t get to try all the amenities, but the overall vibe was warm and welcoming.

Almost everything was flawless. Air Conditioning devices could be updated and the matresses too soft. But a great hotel, indeed.

there is a good environment. Nice pool area. breakfast was okay. free parking and in a big space.

we order a pizza but it was extremelly hard to bite! linen weren’t very clean, there was stains.

Close to airport and breakfast starting in the early hours so you can manage to eat while having early morning flight

Restaurant only offered all-in buffet, for a price that was not interesting, considering the ticket price for the rooms.
