I mostly had coffee each morning, but when I did have some food, the pao de queijo was fantastic. I was not completely sure if I was paying for breakfast, but it did not matter, the value was very good.

Would be great to have digital room keys, but the staff was very quick at recharging the magnetic keycards. I kept the room keys away from my iPhone and credit cards as much as possible, but at times I had to get it recharged with the front desk. Not much of a trouble though, and if that's the worst thing that happened to me, can deal with it pretty easily!

I stayed at the Melia for a month, the location is unbeatable, the hotel has a small gym and playground for kids. The pool is nice to relax or even exercise. The restaurant is OK, the food is not amazing but it is convenient and as I mentioned the location lends itself to walk to nearby restaurants.

Everything was great, the staff were amazing, just watch out for peak times during breakfast because if the hotel has good occupancy you might have to wait for a table

Everything was perfect: The hotel, the location, the facilities but for me, the kindness of the Melia team is a plus. Thank you Sr. Mario and Michelle ( breakfast) for your worries about me knowing that Im Celiac and Lactose Intolerant. I bring you too in my heart. thank you all Melia’s team.

We loved the location, the cleaning of the rooms, everything we ate was wonderful. The staff were also attentive, all of them.

When I booked a room called Premium queen room, I thought we would find a fantastic bed with nice clothes, jacuzzi, branded soaps, shampoos, but no, just a clean room with regular things except for the 55 inch tv.

Delicious buffet breakfast with hot and cold options, tropical fruit, pastries, cereal, cold meat, cheese, breads, cooked Items etc. As for the room, the decor could be a little more interesting. A complementary bottle of water and a glass in the room would have improved the welcome.

breakfast was ok, but I asked for a fried egg and I got a anything but that!! it was kind of burned...

the restaurant! Took a long time to get a dish, even though the place was empty. The food was ok, the natural juice came in a ridiculous small glass...

The room was very clean and big enough for 2 people. The breakfast was sufficient and comes with a great variety. The shower was very cold in the first couple of days of our staying, but it was great after that (we stayed for 6 nights). The mini bar was complmentary (but they almost charged us when we checked out. Need to be careful). Wifi very strong and we didn't encounter any trouble (with 4 devices in the room).

Though the breakfast did come with a great variety and selection, there wasn't any changes during our 6-night stay. It'd be no problem for a short stay.

Organized and clean! The staff is really polite and helpful. The location is really nice, close to gym, restaurants and pharmacies.

Had to request my room key to be remade 5 times because it wouldn’t work on the elevators.

Such a good hotel with a heated pool, sauna and a fitness room. The restaurant was top notch too and the rooms were great

Hopefully the punching bag (boxing) can be put up in the gym again. Even brought my gloves with me but hopefully it’s up next time we’re back

The Hotel has a great location. Cambuí is a nice neighborhood with plenty of bakeries and good restaurants. The hotel staff is really nice. A special thanks to Mr. Matteus Tomaz for helping with the early breakfast before my run competition. The breakfast is delicious and the waitress really helpful. Room was comfortable and very clean!
