All was very good, the breakfast was awesome as were the staff who were pleasant & laughing & joking with customers. Also staff in lounge was friendly & made us feel welcome

The problem I am pointing out is not just in your hotel but in most that we stay in , your pillows are king size as are your pillow cases,which when you stuff the pillow in they become “ high & hard”. I have pillows in my home which are king ( purchased from a hotel change but I purchased the extra large pillow cases so they are comfortable

The restaurant was great and reasonable. Free breakfast was great. The pub had good special drinks everyday and we were able to buy a bottle of wine and take with us

It was clean and front desk staff were fantastic.

I love that they offer a full hot breakfast however I couldn’t get served. The server seemed to want to be anywhere else and served tables without ‘coupons’. I waited 15 mins then took my coupon back to the front desk. I did find a wonderful breakfast place called The Metal Kettle. Best eggs Benedict I’ve ever had!!

Great location for our needs. We were able to plug in our camper van in order to keep the refrigerator operating.

The wifi sucked. It seamed like we were constantly signing in to the hotel wifi. We would be on it and next thing we know we were disconnected and would have to sing in again.

It’s clearly being renovated but by bit, which is nice. Good location. Nice that it’s close to both Augustana and the movie theatre.

Should have complimentary breakfast for the room price, or Hagar’s cafe could be less pricey for what it was (burned eggs and coffee). The rooms are on the small side, so if I had all my kids with me, the Canalta would be a better place to stay.

Prices were affordable. staff tried their best to satisfy the large amount of seniors waiting for their food. I think more staff should have been on hand for such a large amount of us seniors.for

Knowing there would be a great number of clients staying at your hotel (Alberta 55 Plus games) that a no charge breakfast would have been in good taste.ok and friendly

The room was very clean The gym was nice Breakfast was great

the bathroom door was noticeably needed some renovation it feels like old and just covered with new painting. The toilet bowl keep draining water when your sitting it flushes water by itself

The room was clean and comfortable. There were enough covers to be warm but not hot (and they were pretty). There was AC but we didn't need it very much. I liked that they are using soap dispensers to cut down on waste of little packages. The reception staff was welcoming. There was a microwave and fridge.

There was a bit of noise (not sure if it was outside or in the hall) as we were going to bed but it was quiet after that.

The staff, location, size and cleanliness of the room.

The hallway noise, the guest room doors closing noise is quite loud. The wifi was spotty, had to log in every time I returned to my room.

This is my favourite place to stay in Camrose. It is very clean and comfortable and the staff are wonderful. The location is perfect....close to shopping and theatres. The food is always delicious in the dining room and you get great value for your money.

The coffee maker in my room was not working but the manager provided me with a cup of coffee from the cafe.
