The location was directly next to the trails that lead to the river valley. The hot tub and pool were nice. Restaurants were nearby.

The only real negative was the hot water tap for the tub in the bathroom was bypassing and noisy enough you needed to shut the door. But doing so made the bathroom into a sauna. Also although the room was now non smoking, at first when you entered you could still smell the faint smoke scent. To be fair these are more minor issues and given the high level of satisfaction with the property overall I can overlook them.

Check in was extremely smooth, staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! The room was definitely decent for the price, much comfier than a higher priced room we stayed at a couple days earlier. The bed was comfy, the room was clean and the bathroom amenities were quite lovely (Dove products)

It definitely is an older hotel, however you get what you pay for in hospitality It truly wasn’t as bad as some of the reviews on here! We stayed in the queen room w/ kitchen and it was wonderful - my only suggestion is maybe a quick wash of the walls lol otherwise it was pretty okay for a quick stop

The pool with slide was FANTASTIC - the kids and I loved it! The rooms had fantastic air conditioning even on a 34 degree day outside, and the rooms were clean and well maintained. The kitchen area was also clean and we were surprised that with the very low price, a breakfast room was provided with waffles, cereal, yoghurt, toast and bacon and eggs. And the views out over the valley were incredible. Staying here was the surprise highlight of our trip for the kids!

Would have been good to have a few sachets of coffee with the kitchenette and some little milks.

The selection for breakfast was good although it would have been nice to have some fresh fruit available...bananas, apples etc... The staff were very friendly and helpful especially with figuring out the tv and hairdryer..plus when my room key needed to be reset .It was a nice quiet hotel...the location was perfect as I didn't have a car ...

The tv connection kept loosening the signal ...which one of the staff showed me what to do...the hot tub wasn't working /filled until my last night..fridge wasn't plugged in when I arrived and I had items that needed refrigeration...which that was easily solved ..the room cards were always needing to be fixed as they were very sensitive..

The location is excellent. Walking distance to the mall, independent locally owned shops and coffee places and businesses. Overlooks the coulees (beautiful to look at and walk). The staff was so nice. The room was clean and quiet with a good bed. The hot tub was hot and the pool a great temp for swimming, even with kids.

The rooms are spacious, featuring a kitchen, and the pool is excellent. The staff are very helpful and approachable, going out of their way. beyond to accommodate our needs. And also, the location is very nice and is near everything: a gas station, restaurants, convenience store, etc.

there is nothing I did not like.

The Tony Roma's had a nice breakfast. Although I wish I were informed about the vouchers so I may eat for free for my stay. I did like the pancakes and bacon along with the coffee. The next time I'm staying, I'm going to ask for vouchers and look into room service.

The vouchers were the only thing that I didn't like that I was not informed of. It would have saved me money to have food in the morning. the coffee pods in the room should be more in supply. That's about it.

We loved the murals on the wall by the pool and that there was a courtyard. It was clean, reasonably priced, and had friendly staff. Location was great. Great view of the railway bridge from behind the hotel. We enjoyed our stay. Room was a bit warm and humid from being so close to the pool.

The kids love the pool I love the exterior door. They have family rooms and ok breakfast. Friendly staff. The building is older but they have started doing some upgrades. Nothing fancy but good value.

The adjoining door is missing a few layers of paint. The washrooms are in serious need of upgrading.

Kids loved the pool, staff held our bikes so they didn't fill our room, tables outside the food room were nice for a change.

Rooms were a bit on the small side, but they worked, so I really can't complain. Wish they had a microwave in the room and working ice machines, seems the only working one was out of ice a lot of the time.
