The staff were fantastic! The 2 men on the front desk could not have been more helpful. There was a maintenance worker who was equally helpful and positive.

The lift doorwas malfunctioning and closed as soon as it opened trapping my body and my arm one time. The room keys just timed out each day so you had to collect a new key. The shower drain was very slow to remove the water when having a shower. The guest laundry washing machine didnt drain or spin my washing. However, the staff were very responsive to all these issues and promptly attended to everything. They even had my laundry washed, dried and folded. Can't ask for more than that.

I enjoyed everything from the staff and cleanliness of the hotel and my room,. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic, right next door to the Lethbridge Tower…many restaurants near by, with fast food and fine dining within stumbling distance. If you’re looking for a night in, a restaurant and lounge on site. If you’re looking for more of an evening in your room, there’s also a convenience store in the same parking lot and a liquor store.

Water pressure could have been a bit higher in the shower

Breakfast at Denny's was spectacular. Room was very lovely. Bar One was outstanding in prices, service and quality of food. Pool looked great, but we forgot our Swimsuits.

WIFI in Dennys not good. Room was nice but the bathroom door in 315, was always getting stuck opening and closing(warped?) WIFI over two days was mostly out of working order or something.

Good entrance for northbound travellers. Close to Crowsnest Highway, nice view of the Water Tower Grill on north side. Attached Denny's restaurant (see below). Strip mall on south side. Well appointed, modern, comfortable rooms; existing bathtub has new fixtures.

Unexpectedly, the attached Denny's restaurant was undergoing reservations and was closed. The continental breakfast in the coffee room consisted only of breakfast bars, cookies, and Red Delicious and Granny Smith apples in addition to the coffee and juice. Because of its location next to on-ramp for the Crowsnest Highway, access to the hotel for southbound travellers involves going around the block to the north entrance, a minor issue. No handicapped access on this side, use south entrance.

The beds are comfortable and the room was clean. They have coffee and tea set up in the morning. The pool was nice too although super echoy so very loud depending who was in it. Staff are great to talk to. Would stay here again

We've stayed here before, visiting relatives in Lethbridge. Kind of an older property, but the room was clean and in good shape. No included breakfast, but an onsite Denny's sufficed. Pool is on the second floor, basic but adequate.

The location was great and close to all amenities !! The bed and pillows definitely a 10 , super comfy!!

the cleanliness and upkeep of the room. The bathrooms definitely need some TLC; they were not as clean as expected and seemed to have been neglected. Additionally, the walls appeared dirty and in need of a thorough wash. The flooring also looked worn out and unclean!

My daughter had a blast in the pool and we loved that dennys was attached to the hotel

Easy to find, clean, friendly staff, bright room, nice towels, very inviting. Went up to the 8th floor for ice and really thought the bright lights were great. As a women travelling alone, the bright light made me feel safer. And, I thought that floor had been completely renovated!

Ice machine on 5th floor had no ice. Ran into a staff member and he mentioned that sometimes guests will turn off the machines as they make too much noise. But, he kindly directed me to the 8th floor. And, no fault of the hotel's, but the cars racing on Mayor McGrath were extremely annoying and loud.

Everything was absolutely wonderful. I hope I spell her name right but Geetha, went above and beyond to help us. She was so friendly and understanding. The room was very clean and comfortable. There was no noise transfer from room to room. We enjoyed the pool and fitness room. The breakfast was nothing big but it was okay. I totally would recommend staying here

Unfortunately during our stay, the restaurant was closed for renovations and we had no idea until we arrived. We weren't informed when we booked.
