Has some commercial truck parking available, close to some basic shopping amenities and coffee. There is always a staff member cleaning and maintaining the premises. Beds are basic but comfortable and room was clean.

Seems to be central controlled heat, which did get a bit chilly at times.

The property is old and a lot of things but this is not what I am here to talk about. I would like Thank the front desk staff who were multi tasking to make sure we all served well. If only head office call me I would be happy. There’s no word describe what we saw. Genuine hospitality from the staff, they made the best of what they have. Especial thanks to the front desk lady her name starts with P it’s Indian name, she went above and beyond.

Heritage Inn is located right on Highway 3 so is super convenient to find. Very nice breakfast was included with the room. Your choice off of menu in the attached restaurant. Travelled with our golden retriever. The hotel backs onto a residential area and is great for a walk for both of us with little traffic.

Fantastic value. I'm on a cross country motorcycle trip staying in places near this price point. This facility and the cleanliness far exceed most of the competition in the under $150/night category.

I liked the attached restaurant/lounge. Great supper! Had alternate breakfast plans but am sure it would have been delicious too. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Nice clean room and super comfy bed.

Nice location, quiet and fairly modern

The space under the room entrance door was quite large and it was hard to fall asleep having all that light coming from underneath the door

Friendly and helpful staff, as we had to upgrade one of our rooms, there was no problem.

The bathrooms are outdated, and could use an renovation, other than that, the rooms were very nice.

Convenient, quiet,comfortable

No hot tub, lounge closed too early. I have lots of pain and stairs are difficult for me.

The staff and breakfast included is the best!

The manager! Other staff were lovely. Booking.com said breakfast was included. Manager said we did not pay enough to have free breakfast! Every room was the same rate and she never even looked to see who we were, or what room we stayed in. They had lots of guests, so she would not have known and she did not come out of her office until I questioned it. We went and ate our breakfast at the restaurant anyway, it was really good and inexpensive. It was how the morning (day) manager handled it- even saying “Sorry, we don’t include breakfast anymore” But it should have been taken off the listing, as it clearly stated it did include Breakfast, even after I booked the room. It wasn’t the cost, it was the attitude and principal. I refused to argue with her.
