Great facilities, great restaurant, great place in Lethbridge. It is handy, quiet, and very comfortable. I am a repeat customer so I do appreciate the hotel.

The front desk attendant ignored us for about 8 minutes. He was working on the computer [wasn't working with another person], so he was busy. We were patient but he could have acknowledged us and said he would be with us as soon as he was able. His behaviour was unprofessional. The rest of the hotel experience was excellent. I have to say I am a repeat customer and the front desk is almost always an issue. Whoever monitors them should spend more time there to ensure they are doing a great job. I almost stopped coming to the hotel because of the front desk repeatedly putting me rooms occupied by others!! At least that didn't happen this time.

Location was great. The room was very nice and clean.

The room faced the atrium and it was LOUD! Very loud. I'm not talking just normal conversation. There were kids yelling, coaches yelling, dogs barking, kids running and a lot of partying in the common area right below my room. On Saturday, the noise was inescapable until almost midnight. Also, the door to the bathroom is glass, didn't allow for any privacy. The glass wasn't clear, but it didn't shut all the way. The noise was only bad one of three nights, but it was too much for me.

The hotel has an indoor swimming pool in an interior atrium. It's interesting to look at with trees and winding paths and small tables to sit at. The onsite restaurant was phenominal. I'll go back there even if we don't stay at the hotel.

The rooms surround the pool atrium on three sides, with two of the ends having some rooms that face out and some that face the pool. Ours faced the pool. While the view of the pool is interesting, it's not the same as looking at the scenery. The hotel sits on the edge of a gorge (a coulee, in local parlance) and I'd have loved to have gotten a room with that view. Fortunately, the pool has a curfew because the sounds of kids enjoying the water reverberate through the space and that's hard to drown out -- especially when you can't find anything to watch with the terrible choice in programming offered on the TV.

Friendly staff. Vincent, the front office manager, is fantastic. Clean and comfortable rooms and very well situated. Easy driving access to key roads and highways and easy walking around downtown. It has a neat atrium with a jungle and a pool so you can pretend you are somewhere exotic. The fitness room is small and could be better equipped, but you can get a decent workout. The italian restaurant on site is worth a try. Though there's lots of good food options nearby....

Breakfast was delicious. But there could be more variety. Staff was amazing and coffee was fresh and hot. The atmosphere sitting around the pool area, surrounded by beautiful plants, made us feel like we were in the tropics. So peaceful and relaxing. We will definitely be staying here again.

Long distance to room from elevator..next time we'll request ground level.

The courtyard with all the water features and plants was amazing, we could even leave our balcony door open and listen to the waterfalls, very relaxing. Having the great Italian restaurant attached was also good as we did not have to go out searching for a restaurant.

That we only got to stay 2 nights. I do wish the room had better lighting, my wife and I like to play cribbage or similar sometimes in the evening when on a vacation and I could barely see the holes in the board to move my peg.

I loved the swimming pool and hot tub. The tropical atmosphere and the waterfall were amazing. We also loved the restaurant:Italian Table. The food was delicious and ingredients were fresh . I also loved the comfortable beds . I have got the best nights sleep in a long time.

The rooms are around a courtyard with a pool, greenery, and a breakfast facility which is beautiful! Breakfast must be purchased but the food was very tasty and service excellent. They brewed a pot of decaffeinated coffee for me which was spectacular. Because coffee is a special treat for me now, it has to be good and this was so enjoyable!

There was a loud groaning noise from somewhere near my room, my guess is the ice machine. My shower water was cold. It was a holiday so my advice is to take your shower at night!

The room was lovely, the courtyard very pretty to look at, and the service was excellent in every role. I didn't eat in their Italian dinner restaurant, but the food in the courtyard was basic if a bit overpriced.

There were lots of screaming children pretty constantly in the pool area. On my last night I went down with my daughter for some hot tub time between 9:30 and 10 pm (they close at 10) and it was still very noisy, kids splashing us in the pool etc. I'd suggest having some dedicated adult only hours. Also at the time I booked the room I chose was the best price option that was offered on Booking.com but it was well over my budget. During my stay I received an offer from the hotel for $60 less per night for a future visit so perhaps that's a better way to book.

Stayed here before, every time a good and comfortable and clean stay. Indoor pool not for me, however a nice extra. Rooms at rear side very quietly.

This time a room with loud ventilation A/C system even on OFF. However fabulous bed and pillows, so had a good sleep.
