The front desk, (my apologies I didn't get her name) was friendly and professional, went to my room and a very welcoming light from the desk was on, the room was already at a comfortable temperature, I appreciated there was no carpet in the room, felt cleaner. Bed was comfortable. Had trouble with my WIFI and TV, instant help with that. (TV had been left on "unable to watchTV". WIFI was me and I was not made to feel like an overtired idiot. Walking distance to 2 very close restaurants, and close to fast food. Breakfast was good with a variety.

A little better care at the front of the toilet base could be cleaned up a little better. Eggs were cold. Hard to find a real complaint.

The location was fantastic. It was easy to get to where we wanted to go. The breakfasts were also very good. They were more than I expected. I enjoyed their hours 6 - 10 a.m. Not often do breakfasts stay open until 10 a.m. Tasty coffee as well.

The lighting in the room wasn't great. It seemed a bit dark. Everything else was great.

Very nice staff throughout our stay. Very clean and comfortable room. Quiet setting was so appreciated for a good nights sleep. Breakfast was great with lots of choices & good coffee. Great steakhouse right next door with delicious food & they gave us a 10% discount for staying at Super 8.

Parking is very limited & tight. Industrial area. Homeless people were sleeping in tents behind the hotels property close to the parking lot.

Part of why we chose your hotel was to be able to use the pool. It would be great if patrons were notified in advance (when possible) that it will not be available. Obviously unexpected things happen sometimes that are out of your control. But this seemed to be a major renovation that would have been planned in advance.

Breakfast was very good! The lady running it was excellent!, everything was was stocked and fresh! And cleaned. She ran a tight ship ;)

The room was good. Just noticed in the corners of entrance way there was still dirt that got missed from the vacume. And a long hair was in the shower. Other than that it was very great!

Very lovely staff. So freindly. Clean room and nice breakfast.

The parking lot and sidewalk was extremely icy . Very dangerous. No shampoo or conditioner and blow dryer was broken.

The location was great. Right off the highway and walking distance to food locations.

The TV didn’t work. The desk staff didn’t know why it isn’t working.

Needed help with the tv, no hesitation the lady fixed it, good breakfast! Surrounded by a lot of good restaurants

I paid for and ordered 2 queen beds , only got 1 bed and one cot for the 5 of us (2 adults abd 3 kids

The breakfast was the best part of our stay. The server was EXCELLENT.

HVAC system was a bit noisy.
