The room was setup a little strangely. 1) The wash sink is next to the entry door. Too close. The sink should be on the other end of the countertop so that others can access the door while someone is using the sink. 2) the light switch for the room and the wash sink are on the same switch. There should be separate switches. If one person needs to use the sink in the middle of the night, they wake others up with the bright main light. I think it was wired this way to cut costs. And it leaves that impression. It's NOT a 4 star decision.

I didn't eat any breakfast as I am have gluten and dairy sensitivities. I want to expand on the staff's understanding and flexibility to allow me to keep my bags in the room while my car was being repaired as I had no idea whether or not it was going to be fixed that day and for me to be able to return home. It was so very much appreciated as I was already under so much stress. I appreciated their compassion and flexibility more then they would likely know! Thank you so very much Ramada staff!!

Brilliant location, small gym, big rooms that are clean and very comfortable, good breakfast and friendly staff.

There isn’t anything about the hotel that I don’t like, I have stayed here 4 times for 5 + nights each time and it’s almost like home from home.

Hotel location was ideal coming into town from the south. Hotel was well run, quiet, and very clean. Continental breakfast was adequate, not having to drive to restaurants in town. Ample parking on hotel property.

This is no reflection on the hotel, but dining was a chore. Town of 100 Mile House restaurants were mostly of the fast food variety with exception of two regular restaurants relatively close to hotel.

The hotel is easy to find, and surprisingly quiet for being near the highway. It was very clean and comfortable.Everyone was super friendly.

The breakfast wasn't very well stocked. The front desk clerks seemed to be running around the lobby, so we had to wait at the front desk to check in and check out.

We have stayed here about five times over six years. It is always clean, quiet and we have a comfortable stay. They also offer breakfast, which is nice when you're travelling.

They have recently added a pancake maker, which is great. Because that's the only thing we eat as the "egg" thing is unpalatable. Toast, sausages, and cereal are the other good options.

Clean, tidy, comfortable, staff are great and approachable and helpful, great location, breakfast is always good. I have stayed here 3 time in a year and will continue to do so! 100% people should stay here

Nothing it’s great

Great hotel would definitely stay again. We had the hot tub suite, was a great option also sauna and gym where great. Breakfast was outstanding. Great service and friendly.

We had a fireplace in our room would of been a nice feature if it was operating.

The breakfast was just okay. Location of hotel was good. Friendly staff. Clean room and comfortable bed.

I'm okay with continental breakfasts but a jug of orange juice would have been nice instead of juice boxes. The pancake machine was not working. Minor complaints I know but something to think about.

The location is great. A hot breakfast was a treat. The beds are comfortable and the rooms were cleaned during our stay, which was a pleasant surprise as many facilities have stopped this additional service.

They had a pancake maker instead of a waffle maker...people did not know how to use it and it overflowed into a mess. for the convenience a waffle maker would have been better.
