As I also stated on GOOGLE MAPS, The Hosts are amazing, caring individuals and very attentive. The resort is very clean. everything in order and children friendly. Without AC it satays very cool if you leave the curtains drawn because of the LOG construction. Breakfast is a wonderfull surprise, better than most continentals.

The privacy issue to and from your room, its a Glass door and you can't sit in your room looking outside and have someone walk by looking in. If would be Amazing if they added stairs/ramp up to every door and a partition between each room. There could be another set of stairs/ramp leading back up to the upper balcony from the front lawn. This would also be best incase of Fire/Medical situation, for emergency access.

The property is so beautiful inside and out. The breakfast was great. So fresh and delicious. The lady that runs it is so sweet and nice. She really made us feel welcomed and cared for. The beds are so comfortable and the rooms are beautiful. Also step by step print out instructions on how to use the tv. Thank goodness for that. It was a process lol.

Location is great. View is so beautiful. Very easy to find and a special road leading to the property. Breakfast was excellent with variety of choices:,all you can think of. Very kind and accommodating owners. Sparkling clean room, all in order, high end toiletries. Specially purified water, makes your skin silky. We will be back soon😊

we were a party of four adults , two of whom had travelled from the UK . Cariboo Log House was welcoming from first sight and we were warmly received by Harry and his sister . Our rooms were well fitted out and comfortable and had expansive views of the surroundings and the lake . Breakfast the next morning was plentiful with a variety of choices and Harry was an attentive host . The weather aside , which was chilly and rather grey , our brief stay was thoroughly enjoyable and an ideal place to stay for a few days in Lac La Hache . The Hungry Bear restaurant, a little way down the highway , was a perfect place for supper.

There was nothing not to like about the property .

Rooms were clean and bed were very comfy. When I arrived I noticed there was no microwave in the room. When I asked the owner she offered to heat up my food and provided me with utensils. Made us breakfast eggs, bacon, lots of salad and fruit. A amazing place to visit and stay.

Nothing place was amazing and staff friendly. In summer it would probably by hot as there is no AC but it’s amazing place.

The location was fantastic overlooking the lake, and the room was comfortable and welcoming with an extra- large bed. This is a true log cabin Lodge set in extensive grounds and it was a delight to stay in. The staff were wonderfully welcoming and attentive, providing a beautifully presented breakfast in lovely surroundings.

Fantastic hospitality from the owners who obvioulsy care deeply about their business. They work so hard to ensure their guest's comfort. Everything from the grounds to the room was sparkling clean and perfectly mainatined.

The property offered a smart TV which was conncted to regular cable TV (many more choices than an average hotel), but it was so difficult to figure out! Written instructions were included, but even though I consider myself a tech savy person, I couldn't figure it out.

Breakfast was great. Gracious hosts! Quiet and picturesque area. Little homey details in the room. Property was meticulously well maintained and clean!

Mattress too firm — needs a cover. Walls are on thin side: we heard exactly what the guests next door were saying (all the way until midnight when they finally stopped talking)

The surprise of the stay was the full gourmet style breakfast, personally served up with a smile and excellence by the resident chef. Tables were elegantly set, with loads of fruit and nuts, cereals and even candy to enjoy. I definitely rate this as the best "continental' breakfast included stay ever!

I could've used a microwave in the room as there was not a restaurant near by and I had food I could have heated up.

The owner and chef were so accommodating. They prepared special dinner for us since we requested them that we didn't find anything to eat and have infant and a kid with us. So peaceful, clean, friendly and lovely host and ambience. Loved it!
