The hotel is in a good location. The friendly staff work hard to maintain an older hotel, which will be undergoing renovation soon. We had a dog friendly room which was clean and comfortable. The pool was crystal clear. The hallway carpet needs more vacuuming. As is common in the north, this hotel is used a lot by temporary construction workers and this gets reflected in the wear and tear of a hotel. I will definitely stay again.

We were just on a 8 night road trip and this Sandman was the #1 stay out of all 8 nights. AND DORIAN at the front counter was the best. Room was spotless-Shower and comfortable bed were the best out of all 8 nights. Lots of great Restaurants nearby. At least a 9 out of 10 overall. Thank-You Sandman- you make Williams Lake Look like a spot i will stop at again. 👍🏻👍🏻

Nothing i did not like. Everything was perfect. A young man named DORIAN was the best. He seems like he has been behind the front counter for 10+ yrs. Thanks Dorian. You are a people person bigtime. 😊👍🏻

Comfee bed, boys had a blast in the pool.

No microwave. Called front desk, she was so very sorry. We had leftover pizza from our cooler ..... cold, as there was no microwave. Walked by an open room door 6 times, 2 hours after check in. lights were off. Knocked, turned light on... no one there, clean room...... also no microwave! Called front desk again to inform about the open room that also had no microwave. Cold cooler pizza it is I guess. Disappointed would give 5 points but cold pizza.

Room was clean, quiet and comfy even though hotel was full. Staff was extremely nice and helpful! Dennys was amazing and had delicious coffee and friendly service!

Didn't see any security cameras inside or out. Area location is not a safe place after dark. Felt very uncomfortable parking and entering after dark. Parking is an issue especially with a larger vehicle.

We stayed in a two bedroom suite which was perfect for us. It was roomy and comfortable with all the "home" additions. The kitchen had all the necessary items. I enjoyed my stay, I would book again.

It was all good. Location is excellent. Very quiet. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Beds were very comfortable had a good night sleep

The only thing was the remote for the tv. You can’t get a guide to see what you’re going to watch. The tv is either at bed level or lower I can’t remember, but it needs to be up higher so either you look straight at it or up a bit at it not Down

Very comfortable two bedroom suite. Good location with access to food store and restaurants - easy walking distance to stampede grounds. Good for a longer stay. Well equipped.

Within walking distance to food and shops, clean property and staff Daryna was exceptionally nice.

Old windows which allowed in a cold draft from outside and didn’t keep the noise out. Must be cold in the winter.

The location was perfect. Walking distance to everything we needed. Restaurant downstairs had great service and was so convenient.

The carpets we very dirty. Like, felt sticky. It was a bit off putting.

Excellent front desk person Danyla (or something like that) excellent service. Hallways could use a vacuum. Outside hotel locks in the process of getting changed so one entrance to the far wing was a bit of a hassle. Got room upgraded, lovely. Overall very nice.
