The gal working the front desk on the evening of March 27 was exceptional, I wish I would have taken down her name. Our flight was cancelled and 10+ descended on the hotel and she was just lovely processing the group. We also has to leave by 6:10 and endure the reality of only one taxi in town, so she helped ensure we could get access to the breakfast before we had to depart which was greatly appreciated. Tnx Given the absence of taxis, it may be worth the various hotels collaborating to cost-share buying an airport shuttle and sharing a driver.

The beds were comfortable and the space was clean. The furniture is a little run down, scratched etc. The bathroom vanity could use an upgrade but was fine. Would have been nice to have an ice machine on our floor, as its so hot, we had to keep running up and down the stairs. Great amenities in the bathroom, great towels, microwave, and a good size fridge, Our card and our friends cards, kept demagnetizing, so was a pain to have to keep running up and down the stairs. The continental breakfast was great, we appreciated not having to go out for breakfast as we are simple breakfast folks so this was much appreciated by all of us. The staff, cleaning staff were great! Helped us when we needed them with smiles on their faces! They deserve a pay raise for sure, you are lucky to have such great staff!! Colleen

Update the furniture, faster elevator, ice machine on the floor or easier access, we had to ask each time at the front desk. Also, our cards kept demagnetizing, so after awhile, we just had it redone before we went upstairs, so that we didn't have to run downstairs

Easy parking, friendly staff. The room was clean. Breakfast was good.

It's an older building so you can hear everything in the hallways and adjacent rooms but luckily it was quiet enough for a restful sleep. A/c unit is very loud so can't run it and sleep well.

We arrived very late, and hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly. We were exhausted and could have slept on a floor, however the beds were so comfortable and the room was very clean. Breakfast was fine with many choices. Thank you and we would stay again!

The location and a nice and big room. An excellent complementary hot (!) breakfast. That alone will make me choose this hotel for my next stay !

The restaurant and the pub were both closed for dinner ! No dinner to be had.

Comfort of bed, good pressure with the bathroom plumbing, cleanliness.

There are signs of wear and tear that should be addressed before the costs of repair increase, eg. tub surround tiles were cracked.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Hot Breakfast with bacon and scrambled eggs was good, unlike many similar hotels where it is marginal.

Some stains in carpets, hallways and general areas could do with an update.

Nice people, good free breakfast - better than most, good clean facilities

Bed made a little too much noise but they were able to fix it.

The free breakfast! It was billed as a "continental", but it was really a full buffet breakfast. The evening meal at the adjoining Tandoori restaurant was also excellent. This is the place to stay in Williams Lake!

Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Good location. Restaurant in lobby was quite good.

Rooms and hotel are starting to get a little dated.
