Most of all the staff was exceptional. The front desk agent at the time of our check-in and check-out was extremely friendly and helpful, giving us great recommendations for places to go for dinner etc. The rooms were spacious and clean with comfortable beds, a very nice bathroom and a decent view. When booking, we had seen mediocre reviews and did not expect much. After staying there I am really surprised that they don't have a better rating, because, of all the motels/hotels we stayed on our trip up north, this was by far the best one!

Of course the decor is outdated, but it's not a boutique hotel so what do you expect? No complaints on our side!

The rooms were very clean and the staff were very accommodating. Just the public bathroom off of the fro t entrance needed attention. They promptly attended the area.

Fairly accessible I was in a wheelchair but no handicap room was available The room was a little tight to manoeuvre but was comfortable Had to use the desk chair to get to the toilet because the door was to narrow for the wheelchair

I liked everything

The lady at the front desk was super helpful. On Saturday morning when she found out we were visiting she told us about the parade and gave me a paper with a map in it. And it made our stay so much more fun. I truly appreciate her taking the time to improve our experience. We also extended our stay an extra day as we liked it so much.

Nothing, the stay was great

The staff were friendly, especially Shellou at reception. The rooms were very nice. I booked two room, and they put us all side by side. This gave ua an opportunityto hang out where other hotels never thought of that.. The breakfast area was very nice and open with lots of selection with tasty complimentary bites.

Nothing worth mentioning.

The beds were comfy,and pillows,loved that there were bottles of shampoo and conditioner. Also loved that Bosten pizza was on main floor for dinner,great food that was a bonus ,kept all of us happy .

Well the reason i picked this motel was gor the hot tub.It was not available that evening ,so we were a little disapointed,but searched a city pool with jot tub not even 5 min away .So we went there snd it was fun .

The staff very friendly and they helped us get checked in sooner than expected. Only because we had to be somewhere else at a certain time and we would have to check in later.

We were told we could pay for our room with our debt card and was told in morning that payment was done on credit card. E asked if we could pay for room the time we checked in and said tomorrow morning.

I loved it! I had some pretty bad experiences with other hotels in Williamslake and this one surpassed my expectations. I was beginning to think every hotel was crap there! So pleased!!! Definitely recommending and staying again!!

Maybe the check in clerk could be a little more friendly but otherwise it was lovely staying there!

Toilet too low. Could use a bar for help getting into and out of shower. Plus a non-slip mat in tub.
