The breakfast was great. The rooms are always clean, comfortable and welcoming. The staff is friendly, professional, and helpful. We always have a great meal at the Laughing Loon which is close. The lady at breakfast was wonderful and the room was clean and well stocked. This is one of my favorite hotels and we usually try to stay here when we are in Williams Lake.

The spa was closed. The last several times we stayed at this hotel, the spa is always waiting for a part that needs to be installed. That is the main reason I stay at this hotel. After a long day of travelling, I need to use the spa for my back. It is very disappointing when it is closed. I have a bad back, arthritis, and other health issues, so I look forward to using the spa when I stay here.

Friendly helpful staff, clean public areas and room was very comfortable. Disappointing the pool was not working. Breakfast was good, nice selection of items and the breakfast room was clean and it was easy to access the various foods and drinks.

The management and staff were very accommodating and friendly. We brought our U11 hockey team and they were very patient and understanding with all of our active team members. When we made special requests, the staff were very friendly and happy to try and make that happen. I also really appreciated the call back when we forgot something in the room after checkout. Although we completely forgot to stop and pick up the item before we left, I really appreciated receiving the call right away. Thank you very much.

Cleanliness of the pool and area could have been a bit better. Also the gym area could use some updates. It would be great to have heavier dumbbells as well as a proper spin bike would be appreciated.

Room was comfortable and breakfast was great.

Rooms are expensive for Williams Lake. The pool and hot tub were closed for some reason - no explanation given. We were there with a hockey team and the kids would have loved at least the hot tub after their games.

The gym could use a little update.. but who am I kidding.. maybe 90% of people on vacay don't workout The tiles they use for their bathroom could use an update... felt like dirt and grime could easily stick in the nooks of the tiles and make it look "dirty" - but thats just me

Didn’t have the breakfast BUT the coffee in the lobby was AWESOME!!

We were travelling with our grandson and booked only because there was a pool on site and after we arrived to find out the pool was closed!! It looked lovely full of clear water no maintenance sign just closed. NOT HAPPY about that !

This hotel has a very good breakfast selection. The rooms are a good size and bed comfortable. Plenty of parking and close to the Laughing Loon for supper.

The last two times we stayed here the pool has been closed.

The breakfast was very good for a self-serve hot breakfast and had many options available.

The pool and hot tub were not open while we were there, which was a shame.

Everything was clean and working. The AC was easy to control and the bed comfortable. We forgot a wallet and the call us immediately which we really appreciate. We had a good experiencia 🙋‍♀️

Staff helpful, breakfast room and food provided excellent value and convenience in the morning.
