- Had very low expectations of the breakfast cause passed experiences at different hotels, but the breakfast was awsome me and my wife loved the food and seating, staff was very nice - room was nice spacious and clean, bathroom is a big thing for me and it was clean and had good space for all our things -location was nice and close to the airport Overall the hotel was great value for the money I have nothing bad to say but if I was being super picky I'd say maybe more equipment in the gym cause there isent really much to do any strength training on the cardio aspect its fine

When we travel for work or recreation breakfast is important as it lowers overall expenditures/expenses. We tend to travel a fair amount and in all honesty your breakfast always has the best selection and more importantly to have higher protein options such as scrambled eggs, cheese omelette, sausage, and bacon is preferred (none of us tend to be on pancakes, muffins, bagels, etc but it is nice if wanted). Clean rooms, friendly staff, great location too. We also felt safe being in Thornhill too.

Wifi wasn't always the best but it wasn't the worse one in our travels either! Additional pillows and blankets would be great as our kids used the pull out sofa and cot but didn't have enough blankets (asked for and provided though) Also extra towels enough for 3 when I reserved for 4.

Nice big room with a good desk area and proper chair for working. Very good breakfast in the mornings.

Had a couple issues with the TV, which wasn’t too big of a deal. Just a minor annoyance on the rare occasions I felt like watching it.

It was clean, breakfast was great , staff was friendly , check in and check out was easy. The view was great, parking was well lid , the blinds blacked out great. Definitely recommend . Loved the sheets and the duvet cover

Great and clean facility; rooms are well equipped, excellent pillows, bed sheets and bathroom towels, The administration respected my room requests and the hot breakfast has something for everyone.

The wifi internet could be better.

The fact that when I booked I arranged airport shuttle which was confirmed (all through booking.com). Called hotel to tell them of my flight delay and they knew nothing about my shuttle arrangement.

The spotlights at night from other businesses. Not the properties fault. The blackout blinds work great!

They placed us closest to the exit, which works well with our dog. When traveling with our dog, it often feels like we are given lesser rooms - older and more used. We did not feel this at all here.

We had a shower rather than a bath I was going to bath my toddler but it wasn’t a big deal. Breakfast buffet wasn’t as good as it could have been there were other options I could have gone for

Good location. Room was sufficiently spacious for a family of 5

The tub was slippery and my elderly father slipped on it. When I asked about a bathtub mat, I was told there wasn’t one. The sink tap was too close to the basin.
