Friendly Helpful Staff. Clean and well furnished room. Close to the airport with a free shuttle car. Suitable for those with no transport; a pub and restaurant were adjacent to the inn. A last minute flight cancellation meant I had to wait, a day, in Terrace. I had no toiletries etc but they supplied vital items like toothpaste and a toothbrush for free. I saw that other toiletries(eg Deodorants), cold remedies, pain killers, ear buds , phone chargers, candy and snacks were available for purchase in reception.

Breakfast items were a bit spartan but it was complimentary so I am grateful for it.

Breakfast was refreshing and nutritional. The staff was super kind and helpful. The room was clean and cozy, and free wifi topped it off. The bed was plenty comfortable, and the room temperature was perfect. The microwave and refrigerator were certainly handy, and the complimentary water went down nicely. Hot water for the showers was totally bonus as well. Our stay went very well, and we would definitely stay there again!

Got to say, you lost me on that one.

Average cold continental breakfast. Liked having milk and juice choices for beverages.

Latte coffee machine did not work properly. Suggest a simple coffee maker so you could get just get a coffee without having to deal with instructions on how to use the machine. Not something I enjoyed having to deal with in the morning. TV/remote could benefit from an upgrade. “Turbo” bathroom fan should be replaced with a quieter one.

The owners were so nice and very helpful, great selection of places to eat within walking distance. The beds were so comfortable and I loved that all the linens were white.

The continental breakfast included was nice, maybe more of a selection of muffins but maybe we just got there too late. What we did have was tasty and good coffee in the room

Very comfortable, clean, quiet room. Fridge, coffee maker, kettle and microwave were unexpected amenities. Very comfortable bed with good reading light beside.

I would have preferred a darker higher quality blend of coffee, and no plastic dishes or utensils. But these are minor complaints about à very restful stay.

Updated welcoming rooms. The best darn air-conditioned rooms I've ever been in. Lovely details like labeled drawers folded hand towels and stamped toilet paper.

The fancy coffee machine at the contental breakfast was finicky, and I couldn't get it to work. Additional contental breakfast options would be nice. Complementary ice would also be a bonus.

Friendly service, ery clean and tidy, felt lime they wanted to go the extra mile for their guests.

The price was a bit high due to availability of rooms. Would be better to base rate on an individual basis. For example: 2 people staying would equal 200 a night and one person 100 a night.

Lots of little special things made our stay lovely. We enjoyed the newness. Everything we needed was in this suite. The owner was very welcoming.

The breakfast room was not very inviting and the coffee was way too strong for our liking.

Great value for the money! Staff/owners were very nice, and the rooms were clean and recently renovated.

Only thing that could be improved is a bit more variety in the breakfast.
