When we travel for work or recreation breakfast is important as it lowers overall expenditures/expenses. We tend to travel a fair amount and in all honesty your breakfast always has the best selection and more importantly to have higher protein options such as scrambled eggs, cheese omelette, sausage, and bacon is preferred (none of us tend to be on pancakes, muffins, bagels, etc but it is nice if wanted). Clean rooms, friendly staff, great location too. We also felt safe being in Thornhill too.

Wifi wasn't always the best but it wasn't the worse one in our travels either! Additional pillows and blankets would be great as our kids used the pull out sofa and cot but didn't have enough blankets (asked for and provided though) Also extra towels enough for 3 when I reserved for 4.

Nice big room with a good desk area and proper chair for working. Very good breakfast in the mornings.

Had a couple issues with the TV, which wasn’t too big of a deal. Just a minor annoyance on the rare occasions I felt like watching it.

Great and clean facility; rooms are well equipped, excellent pillows, bed sheets and bathroom towels, The administration respected my room requests and the hot breakfast has something for everyone.

The wifi internet could be better.

The fact that when I booked I arranged airport shuttle which was confirmed (all through booking.com). Called hotel to tell them of my flight delay and they knew nothing about my shuttle arrangement.

modern, clean, bright * If you could install handrails in at least two of your Ground Floor, Double Queen Rooms, and TWO Roll in Showers… that would be ideal & we would consider this Property More inclusive and Forward thinking. In our Family we have 5 kids, our Eldest is handicapped and uses a wheelchair and he requires a handrail on the left side of the toilet due to the fact that his cerebral palsy affects both of his legs and his right hand, which he can’t use. * These small modifications would make our Stay ideal.

kids on upper floor were running around and jumping off the beds and nobody was answering the phone at the front desk.

They placed us closest to the exit, which works well with our dog. When traveling with our dog, it often feels like we are given lesser rooms - older and more used. We did not feel this at all here.

it’s far enough out of town that I don’t worry about my car.. and yet, I still worry about my car? lol. I wish it had a fenced in parking area but very thankfully I’ve never had a mishap & have stayed here like 5-6 times now 😅 it’s my families go to hotel in terrace 😃

Breakfast was extensive, especially as far as continental goes. Generous sized parking lot. Easy access off highway. Pool was a hit with kids.

Don't expect them to know if the b-fast sausage is Gluten Free. Front Desk staff wasn't willing to find out either. Room only had shower which with 2 small kids isn't ideal but pool kinda makes up for it.

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very nice

We had a shower rather than a bath I was going to bath my toddler but it wasn’t a big deal. Breakfast buffet wasn’t as good as it could have been there were other options I could have gone for

Good location. Room was sufficiently spacious for a family of 5

The tub was slippery and my elderly father slipped on it. When I asked about a bathtub mat, I was told there wasn’t one. The sink tap was too close to the basin.
