The guest laundry was not working however the receptionist guy told us that it can be used. The feeling is absolutely priceless to find your clothes soaking in 20 liter water in the washing machine at midnight... Taking out all the clothes fully wet and press out the water by hand does not elevate the level of comfort. However the midnight staff was kind and helped us to put in all the clothes in the dryer of the hotel. At 2:30 we have finished with the washing... The room was clean and comfortable, but the breakfast is poor, espacially the variety of food.

The view of the river is nice. There is pretty good security - front door locked from 12am to 6am. The beds were comfy, room clean, staff pleasant. The pool is very small but water was warm and clean. The restaurant was busy all the time and we found out why.. the chef is AMAZING!! This Chef really has got talent! The Jerk chicken is authentic, the smoked meats are delectable and the rest of the foods we tried were all super tasty. The manager came in on her day off to help out with waitressing and she was fantastic. The bartender is very quick and knows his stuff! All in all a good stay.

The pool towels are very small - more like hand towels than pool towels. There did not appear to be an elevator anywhere to get to the 2nd floor and the staircase is very narrow so it is a bit difficult for mobility challenged folks to get to the 2nd floor. The bathtub is extremely small - like the size of a shower stall - definitely not a regular sized bathtub. The toilet is really low down as well. There was no paper guide book of hotel amenities; only QR code access.

A great hotel, easy to get to and there's really no through traffic in the area so it was very quiet for sleeping. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. Walking distance to a nice little brewery. The restaurant at the hotel is fantastic with a nice waterfront view. The hotel was able to accommodate our request for adjoining rooms and even reached out to us to confirm and wish us safe travels. :)

We were traveling with our kids and grandkids. The included breakfast was very convenient and had enough options. The kids loved the pool. The staff were friendly and helpful and I appreciated the confirmation call two days before our booking. It was great being able to tie our boat up right outside on the river. The restaurant was delicious for supper after a day out on the water.

No fan in the bathroom.

Egg and sausage was overly salty (I don't like salt) and sausage was under cooked for my liking (I'm fussy). however, there is way more options for breakfast. They had my back. Had a bagel and hot oatmeal for the win 😄 oh yea, and apple juice and coffee to start the morning

We didn't get a chance to try the swimming pool or any other amenities this time, but we will next time for sure 😊 also, highly recommend for the animal lovers out there. Our dog had a great sleep like we did. Cheers!

Friendly staff, the room was clean and spacious.

The breakfast was pretty bad. The room where you got your food was extremely small and very poorly organized. It was big enough to fit 2 people comfortably with no flow. People were tripping over each other and it was hard to find things as they were scattered everywhere. The cooked food was also not great. The parking lot was filled with huge trucks towing large trailers full of snowmobiles leaving little room to park. They were blocking the entrance and exit. Many people drinking in the parking lot next to their sleds in the morning. The smell of fumes from all the running snowmobiles would knock you out.

The staff was excellent. The cleaning staff were superb! By far, the cleanest rooms I have stayed in. The on site restaurant was absolutely fabulous!! The view and location were both so nice.

I will state the obvious - the hotel is quite old and "quirky". Walking down the hallway, you will walk uphill and then downhill, before you reach the end of the hall. The doors don't close correctly - a large opening at the top, as they don't fit.

Pool, restaurant, room and staff were wonderful!

To no fault of the hotel or its staff, we spent most of the night with our door being banged on by kids running around from hockey teams. They were either aggressively banging on our door long after midnight or setting up mini hockey nets in the hall way and shooting pucks against the door. The staff handled it SO well but it didn't stop them. I had 4 little girls trying to sleep and they were still banging on our door and screaming profanities at us. Like I said, the staff did come up several times and were amazing though!

We had such an amazing time can’t wait till next time hopefully we have the funds for next month race weekend we can’t wait for our next time back amazing service great friendly people loved every minute of it! The only thing I could say wasn’t 100 percent was the bath tub but that’s expected just had a small chip out of it and hurt when we hit our leg against it but it was an amazing bathrrom and hotel room can’t wait for more times like tho thanks so much travel lodge

Only thing was the bath tub and even then it wasn’t ruining anything just a small chip in tub and could feel it ok our legs but that’s expected sometimes not all bathrooms will be perfect but even this one was a reall nice bathroom the mirror that lights up made up for it

Nice location next to the river, but at a dead end. Receptionist on duty on the desk for the evening was great. He was so informative and chatty. Nice bloke! Room ok, clean and conformable. Great restaurant adjoining the hotel, highly recommended but did get noisy

Breakfast wasn't the best. Flimsy plastic cutlery, toasters that took forever.
