The rooms were very spacious, clean and very well equipped (there were makeup cleanser wipes - which I appreciated and used them). The beds were very comfortable. The front desk employees were polite, efficient and lovely (Cassandra and True). Great breakfast: variety of food, including a make-your-own waffles station

Our room was besides the station area that a cheerleader team had: lot of adult and noisy kids coming in and out for pizza, etc. which made it quite noisy. I'd like to have an electric kettle in the room, since the coffee machine still makes the hot water taste like coffee (I could have asked for the kettle, but when you get in the room after a busy day, I didn't have the strength for that - I was already in my pjs)

It was clean, It included breakfast that had a lot of options. Not overly packed

That I got charged roughly $180 for the first night and $300 for the second night. I understand it was Thursday and a Friday night but 120$ difference is quite a bit. And what I given as an amount on my reservation email. I was charged an extra 15 dollars. Plus I hate that my Mastercard was charged over $600. Then refunded $600 on day of check out to be charged $580 a minute later. A better system needs to be had for $50 extra on a damage fee.

Hotel was nice and clean, easy to go around and find amenities. Location is great, easy to go on the highway and to the town. Receptionists were always there and ready to help. Rooms are big enough and it feels comfortable

Since we were last at Hampton Inn, they narrowed their food selection. There was no dark roast coffee, only light. Normal still water was not available, just sugary juices, you had to buy it at the reception. Should be a bit better choice, and a water should be a must, not option to buy. It was noisy in the hallway, we could hear every single person going. The doors had space in between walls, so I guess they need to put better, "heavy" doors so the guests would have a better sleep. Or maybe it was just our room... The pool was not working but we were charged normal price

The staff really came through. We were attending a wedding, asked for early chech in, no problem. When we got there systems were down and told couldn't check in. My mind was racing, how can I do this, the woman called me over and said go to your room and when you're ready chech in. God Bless her for that human touch, when we headed out to the wedding we stopped and everything was working. Sometimes you just meet the right people in times of need. Breakfast was perfect, everything fresh and great variety, the room was spotless, beds cozy. Everything was perfect. Thank you for trusting me.

Very friendly and proffessional staff. Great selection for breakfast at the hotel. Functional gym and good heated pool area. Wifi was decent. I was traveling with my brother and the room was spaceous enough for both of us to be comfortable. Shower had an adjustable shower head. Room service was optional which made if feel "like home" since you didn't have a random person coming into your space every day.

The bathroom fan either didn't work or was non existant. If you don't have a car you need to take a cab to go anywhere which can get expensive, both in $ and in time. You also have to order take out and that limits your options since few sit down restaurants deliver.

The location next to the highway was excellent. lots of parking. also close to the Truro hospital. staff was friendly.

when I arrived in the my room at 10 pm, the thermostat was set at 88F. it was too hot for me and I turned it down to 68F but it took many hours to cool the room down. the windows don't open. I don't know who set the temperature so high, but the cleaning staff should have corrected it when the last person checked out.

The pool was warm and not an overbearing chlorine smell like other hotels. The breakfast was one of the bests I’ve had at a hotel.

I wish a menu or a list of deliveries would have been offered. We love ordering in pizza but couldn’t figure out if a pizza place delivered there or not until later that night we saw a delivery man.

The breakfast. The trays were not usable, the eggs sausage were cold, and the toaster did not work. There was another group of four at another table. I heard complaining about the same thing along with the lady not wearing a hairnet and gray straggly hair all over the place.

It was a nice place to stay and we didn't have any problems except hockey kids running in the halls with no apparent parent supervision.

The carpet near the elevators and hallways could use some love and care. Very dingy and appeared dirty. The sliding barn door going to the bathroom was not ideal or practical.
