The breakfast options were limited but good. Our breakfast was included in the price we paid but were disappointed to know that they only serve black coffee so we had to go to Tim Horton which is just across the hotel to grab our daily coffee. The dinner options were limited too and veey over priced. Luckily the hotel location is brilliant so there are options like Tim Horton, Wendy's, Rajdhani( Indian restaurant) and IHOP for food. The bus stop was also literally across the road and the bust takes you directly to bramlea go station where you can catch the train to various destinations. Hotel staff was friendly.

The room was big enough to accodomate 3 three of us but the lighting was very poor and the sofa bed is not comfortable at all!!! . There was only one mirror in the entire room which was on the back of bathroom door. The housecleaning is only done every other day so be mindful of that.

The breakfast was delightful! I had the tater tots n scrambled eggs. It didn't look like a very big serving, but it certainly was. very filling and different from the usual hum drum breakfast food.

I attended a loud and boisterous function the nite before and had planned to make use of the jacuzzi before I checked out. I understand the reason for it, but.... it put me off a bit to be asked by housekeeping at 9:30 ish a.m. when I would be checking out. It made me feel rushed and I left around 10:30 without the jacuzzi relaxation, even though I could have stayed longer.

Great proximity to amenities (a Tim’s in the car park is a dangerous thing for waistlines), just not the most picturesque 😂

The breakfast leaves little to be desired and would definitely fare better as a buffet style set up rather than the cafe/bistro one.

The location was perfect, close to the plant and Brampton/Mississauga. We had a nice quiet room on the 5th floor with a view of downtown Toronto. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Check-in was smooth as was check-out. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating.

Nothing, everything ran smoothly with no problems.

The room was ready before time and they accommodated us when we requested them for an early checkin. Costco and Walmart at walking distance and Tim Hortons right outside the hotel

The breakfast is limited to one item. While the hotel has Starbucks coffee they only give one option of regular coffee. One can walk over to Tim Hortons and have a good breakfast

Room was huge and very clean. Pool was great: warm, had lifeguards on duty and the slide and hot tub were a nice bonus.

Baby crib was an old pack and play, would’ve expected better for this hotel. Some area of the hotel were not very clean, the outside patio in particular. The breakfast service was ok. Not a buffet style breakfast but the food was good.

The hotel was in a great location with loads of places to eat within walking distance

There were no mirrors in the room, only in the bathroom, which was not ideal

The hotel is in a fantastic location, with options for meals nearby. There is a Tim Hortons & Wendy's just across with other places to eat within a short drive. There's also a Costco about 300M away which is awesome if you want to do some shopping. Check-in and Check-out were swift and efficient and the staff were very courteous and professional. My request for connecting rooms was honoured and having the rooms connected almost felt like we were in a suite. The rooms are big, clean and comfortable with the air-conditioning working well and temperature easily controlled. Beds are comfortable and offered very good sleep. The room has a mini-fridge and microwave oven as well as a safe. Bathrooms are very spacious and clean. There is seamless hot & cold water with great water pressure. I requested for a late check-out which was partially honoured, which was fine considering it was the weekend.

We found a pair of dirty socks under the bed, probably left by the previous guests. Housekeeping - please take note.

Nice and modern

Got a jacuzzi room but found the tub to be a bit small for 2 people. Single is good but we like to enjoy jacuzzi time together. Just wish it was a bit bigger. Also not happy with the mirror only being in the bathroom. There should be 1 in the room itself. Makes for getting ready a little difficult when crammed in a small bathroom. Should have been added even just inside armoire.

I liked the fact that the staff was honest and upfront regarding the water slide and how it's variable based on the availability of the lifeguard. The pool was the primary reason for booking this particular hotel as we have young children. They had a great time. The Hilton hotel in Mississauga has a comparable water slide but double the price and was not in the location we wanted. I loved the Starbucks coffee in the morning and the staff was very accommodating with changing the standard breakfast coffee to a large. The location is impeccable as are family had a great time at the Playdium in the evening.

The air conditioning is a bit loud but works well.
