Hotel was very clean. Beds were very comfortable room was very spacious water pressure was excellent. The only thing I would suggest is perhaps coffee and tea in the lobby considering people are getting up all hours of the night to catch flights. Other than that an exceptional hotel, I would stay there again.

I didn’t like that there was no coffee or tea available in the lobby for travellers leaving the hotel to the airport. I know it’s available in the rooms, but that stuff isn’t usually the best quality. The hotel other than that I have zero complaints exceptional service, exceptional staff rooms, comfortable great value for the money.

This is a clean and pleasant off-airport hotel. We spent the night here before flying out the next morning. It was clean and quiet. We were able to walk to an Indian restaurant. (The street is very wide and busy, so the walk was not pleasant, but there are some places to eat that are within walking distance.) In the morning it was a short 7 minute drive to the airport rental car return counter.

There are two different Fouir Points by Sheraton hotels in Mississauqua! Be sure your satnav is programmed for the correct one. (Ours was not, and we went many miles out of our way.)

Everything. Friendly professional staff from the front desk to restaurant/bar to housekeeping etc. excellent customer service! Love the restaurant and bar at the location, clean, presentable and so convenient. The location is perfect near everything and short drive to other needs.

The only thing we didn’t like was not having a full mirror. It helps when you get dress up for functions. We had 3 functions to attend.

Our flight arrived late from Tampa and we were starving so we went to find some take out before we checked in...when we got to the hotel they had already checked us in and assigned our room with the room key waiting for us which was fantastic as we were both exhausted from a long day of waiting at the airport in Tampa

Perfect for a short one night layover. Wish we could've stayed longer. Room was great.

A little farther from the airport but with the shuttle and price it was worth it. A little bummed there was no room service after a long flight but they had a few grab and go options, and the restaurant was open, but we just wanted to go to our room.

They were considerate enough to allow me an early check in once a room was available as I had arrived on a very early morning flight. The staff are friendly and communicate efficiently.

The bedsheets could be of better quality. They were clean though.

The lobby was so hot! It was making me feel sick during checkin and Breakfast. I'm sure it was because of the weather and the heat still being on. The rest of the hotel was regular temperature.

Easy check-in. Very friendly staff. Comfortable bed. I forgot an item in the room and realized this later that day. I called the hotel and they very quickly located it and provided options for me to reclaim it. Very positive experience.

I didn't opt to have the breakfast, but the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable.

The rooms need a little more soundproofing, I could hear my neighbour's shower at 4:30 in the morning. Also when others let their doors slam closed, it shook my own headboard in my room.

I loved being greeted by your friendly, and attentive staff. Smooth process of checking in, absolutely appreciate the free parking.

The restaurant menu could use some tuning up but I don’t think that has anything to do with you.
